I love having easy insight into exactly what is going on in my reps meetings and the data compiled in Avoma regarding the entire team. I have been able to create several training topics based on trends i'm seeing in Avoma that will cater to my specific team's needs. The setup and integration with our CRM was seamless, and Sarah has been really great to work with. She has standing meetings with my team, checks in with me multiple times a month and is always responsive when I reach out to her. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used Gong at a couple of different organizations, and I find Avoma more user friendly and the AI Notes are always right on point making my follow up work so much easier! I don't have to comb through calls for a certain piece of information because the AI notes always catch it. I really love this product and am so glad that my current organization switched over to it! There's a lot to like about Avoma including:
* The flexibility of the licence model - we can pick and choose which team members go on which plan
* Getting started was unbelievably easy
* It was quickly integrated into HubSpot for us. So we now have a seamless flow of transcriptions into Deal records.
* My team loves using it. It is used in well over 90% of meetings that are held over the web.

The only thing I've struggled with is setting up templates - but this is more me being time poor.
It would be good to see the system pre-configured with a wider range of sales methodologies. We use Winning by Designs methodology and its taken a bit of effort to set this up - this is not a deal breaker for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Avoma records all of my meetings and recaps the key takeaways, my action items, my clients' action items, and more. It saves me from taking notes during my meetings so I can be fully present during my meetings, knowing that all of the information I need will be captured by Avoma. The only thing I don't like about Avoma is that it doesn't record my zoom phone calls (or at least I don't know how to set this up) so if a clients' mic or camera isn't working when we meet and we have to shift to a phone call, I miss out on all the great features of Avoma! Avoma has been so incredibly easy to use, both with Zoom and Google Meets. Its recordings and transcripts have been extremely reliable, I've had zero issues. The ability to refer back to the "notetaker" makes me even more effective and improves the client experience. It's also incredibly useful for training purposes when needed. I also work closely with Jenn who has helped us integrate Avoma, and she can't say enough amazing things about Sarah and her level of support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly can't think of anything negative! The only thing that comes to mind may be a Google Meets limitation but that the Notetaker joins as another user in Google Meets. In Zoom, it's more hidden but as mentioned, I'm sure that on Google Meets, not Avoma Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a sales manager I love:
-That my reps actually use Avoma, it saves them time, takes detailed notes & allows them to self analyze/coach their own calls
-The analytics behind calls

-The pipedrive integration took some figuring out & isn't perfect but most competitors didn't even have a pipedrive integration
-To get usage analytics we currently have to email in, (not a huge deal) but would love to be able to self serve that

I like that it is very user friendly. Its recording features and transcripts are also great. This is very helpful for client meetings because it means I can focus on building relationships with them, instead of trying to take notes and rush through my meetings.

Sometimes the transcripts aren't 100% accurate. This is okay if I am the one reviewing them, but if I have to send to a colleague or manager to review, sometimes it is time consuming to clarify or ammend the errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Avoma has all of the tools we need in one place. As a marketer, it was super easy to set up lead intake, routing, and alerts for things we care about. But the best thing has to be the customer support! We're in a shared Slack channel, and questions are answered SO fast! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I've noticed about Avoma that could be improved is the quality of the AI output. Meetings notes, summaries, etc are great and have lots of good features, but the content itself isn't quite to the level of their big competitors yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our team implemented Avoma last quarter and our dedicated Customer Success Manager, Sarah, has been a tremendous support in our introduction to and use of the software. She welcomed the opportunity to conduct both a manager-level and team-wide onboarding, providing insight into the features that our own Customer Success team might find most helpful. Our team has found immediate benefit in the use of Avoma during customer-facing calls, most notably alleviating the time previously dedicated to researching our CRM for sales cycle emails to inform our onboarding that is now a simple key word search within Avoma, allowing us to guage customer tone and intention prior to meeting by viewing these recorded calls and transcripts instead of trying to decode emails.
