**What do you like best about Avoma?**

I felt the most beneficial when it replaced my notepad completely. Very useful in transcribing meetings.

**What do you dislike about Avoma?**

The note taking process can still be improved. It sometimes writes vague words when someone who is not a proper english speaker talks.

**What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now focus on understanding the crux of the meeting and not focus on writing anything. I can rely on Avoma for doing that.

Avoma gathers the meeting insights in a clean format allowing us to review the conversation from a Client Success role to gain knowledge of the new partner before onboarding our new clients.

There are not any downsides I have come across during my time using Avoma as it has been a great addition to our process.

**What do you like best about Avoma?**

I like being able to look back on my meetings to review, find important details and get feedback/training on how the meeting was handled. The support has been awesome as well - Sarah has checked in with us multiple times to make sure we are using the tool and understanding it okay. The whole website itself is also very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Avoma?**

I will say not every meeting will be a "need to look back on". So Avoma isnt needed for intensive daily use - I do check in daily to update the purpose/outcome. But not for review.

**What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoma helps me understand more about the calls I take, how I handle them and the overall outcome of the call. It can help me understand things I might not have caught on the phone and identify opportunities with client to pursue.

**What do you like best about Avoma?**

I love that Avoma makes video recording and note-taking so easy! As a consultant who picks a client up after an initial sales call, reviewing the initial conversations that occurred before I was brought in is helpful! There is nothing like a video chat to show your client's true tone, personality and needs. Avoma makes my life much easier and makes my work outputs more bang-on!

**What do you dislike about Avoma?**

I sometimes have a hard time finding videos if I do not know exactly what they are called. I have a feeling this is a 'me issue', and can be resolved through more training for myself and/or my team in terms of process and best practices.

**What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoma saves me hours of note taking/reviewing, and allows me to clearly see what a client is feeling/saying in terms of tone, body language etc.

**What do you like best about Avoma?**

Its ability to seamlessly record meetings, shared screens, voices, and transcribe the audio while also laying out the key/important sections of the meeting. The ease of implementing Avoma into meetings and integrating the transcipts into our project management software is another great functionality. We utilize Avoma for every meeting we have whether internal or external.

**What do you dislike about Avoma?**

So far I have not found anything I dislike about Avoma. As a business we have never ran into any issues

**What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoma solves the issue of meeting retention. No longer do we need to worry about recording or transcribing the recording. Its default is set so it joins any meeting our workspace emails are attached to. With the ability to go back to any meeting and re-watch/read the transcripts there is no longer any information loss or information skewing.

I love the scorecards. They have AI and manual ones that let us go in and easily score calls and share the feedback with our teams. We use it essentially every day.

I don't feel like the integration into salesforce is working as well as it should quite yet.

It just really helps us get good insight into the way that our AEs are pitching the platform and how we can correct.

Being able to concentrate on the meeting without taking a lot of notes.  Being able to go back and review the call with key points in the call so I don't have to remember where the conversation took place.

I wish I could pause the recording when a client is late for the meeting and start it when they arrive.

Searching for meetings can be pretty slow. I've had occassional issues with the meeting recording not being saved, but it's rare.

The AI Score Cards are the best-used feature for me so far, as this has been helping me find an objective way to evaluate quantifiable metrics. The AI scorecards have also been crucial in helping us make informed decisions, collaborate & learn & improvise our sales processes.

The summary of notes that highlights key takeaways, feature requests discussed by clients, pain points & action items ensures that we never miss out on anything & this has also been a major level influencing our future discussions with clients.

Avoma plays a huge part in our team. The AI features are so helpful that they can improve the workflow of the customer service team.

Though these features are mostly advanced, there are circumstances where the transcriptions are not that accurate, especially if the call has a lot of background noises.

Our team has been using Avoma for a few months now and very happy! It's great to have transcription of the conversation and categories to target. Our team finds the custom categories helpful in addressing pain points/solution sales.

So far it's great! The only feedback I'd have is when hopping on a zoom it says "recording" and mutes their microphone immediately. It's not a huge deal & I believe is a requirement for zoom/avoma partnership. Other than that, Amazing product!

There seem to be features that are/were tied to a different member on our team, yet the push notifications keep popping up for me. It's just a bit confusing and repetitive.

One of my favorite things about Avoma is the AI summary notes from the entire meeting at the end. Rather than writing notes, I can share the summary with our team and other departments so we can work quicker & more efficiently across departments.

There's not really any downside to this.

It's helping me spend more time on my pipeline so I don't have to write a bunch of notes or try to remember what we talked about in meetings. I'm able to put more time into making sure I'm having a quality meeting/demo.

Searchable transcripts that will take you exactly the part of the conversation you need to revisit.

**What do you dislike about Avoma?**

Avoma's playback isn't as snappy or responsive as the rest of the interface so it may feel like videos/ux take a second longer to load.

**What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During meetings, I would get bogged down trying to get all the notes down as the meeting was flowing. With Avoma, I offload all that work so that that I'm completely present with the client. That means I can focus on really listening to the context of what a client is providing.

I have really enjoyed how easy it is to ust and how we are able to easliy use the scheduler for our appointments.  They also have an integration with Zoho our CRM and are currently working on a GoTo Connect integration.

The integrations are taking longer than we would like.

**What do you like best about Avoma?**

Avoma makes taking notes easy. After a call I can go back and pin point key phrases and words that make creating notes easy and effecient. When customer support is needed I have no issues, however, I rarely need it. I frequently use Avoma for all of my customer facing calls and have even recieved questions from clients asking about the service. Implementation and training was quick and easy. It also integrates very well with Google meet.

If I could change one thing about Avoma it would be an easier way to start an impromptu meeting

We conduct a ton of external interviews, either with clients or with other subject matter experts. We then turn those interviews into rich pieces of content for our clients. It's imperative that our team is able to reliably review the interview recordings and transcripts, share notes, and collaborate with teammates. Avoma is the perfect tool for our use case, and we're happy with the results.

**What do you dislike about Avoma?**

I'm not sure I dislike anything, if I'm being honest. There's so much you can do to customize it to tailor your Avoma instance to your own. I'm still in the process of getting it all setup, but I know it'll work even harder for us once I've done so.

**What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our account management team to collaborate seamlessly with the content team. Important conversations are had on weekly syncs with clients, and we can easily share transcripts or snippets with internal stakeholders when we learn something new that needs to be communicated. It's also been very helpful with note-taking since they have AI doing it for us. I've stopped hand writing notes since their AI notes never miss important action items.

It is very user friendly, great AI functionality and many different tricks to enhance your daily activities. I thought I knew how to use it but then had a training session with Allen, one of their customer success team members and he taught me and my team so many more tools and functions of Avoma that we were not even aware of. I am so excited to learn more and use it every day!

The ability to automatically document all of our company's calls, both internal and external, has changed how we do business. Our sales process has improved 10x, and there is no longer a reason to have a disagreement on "I never said that" - simply pull up the transcript! It also integrates nicely with our CRM system. We use it for every call that we have.

Helps me put my full attention towards the client and really listen to their unique situations and needs. The transcription feature is my favorite since it allows me to revisit specific points of the conversation based on what was said. Even more importantly I can listen/read what the client said exactly the way they said it.

The notes organization feature is very nice but still needs a little bit more work. It takes some time to adapt to the way I communicate so that the notes are organized in a way that make sense and with few errors.

I work as an Implementation Specialist. Essentially I am in charge of collecting preparing the service execution for each new client. As a part of that function I run kickoff calls which last 90 minutes at least. During that time many topics are covered and keeping notes can sometimes be difficult/impossible. Avoma enables me to run my meeting effectively without having to worry about writing down notes. 

Often times I have to loop in colleagues that couldn't attend the call which is very easy with Avoma. I share a link and they have access to: organized notes, transcription, call recording.

It starts with high accuracy in the transcription. Organizing the notes through tagging. Then enabling me to blend notest across multiple meetings to then quickly present trends. All in hours, not days, of work.

Voice to text technology is very hard to execute, I get it.  Especially around deciphering and assigning multiple speakers. While manually assigning the speaker, the system will toggle back to original speaker it assigned. This is mostly an issue when I am manually uploading meetings / webinar where the system is not originally invited and is not famililar with who was invited.

**What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoma is helping me understand the voice of the customer faster so I can present back social proof for brand strategy work I do for clients. Plus, it quickly helps craft customer testimonials use on website and social marketing channels.

At the same time, they want to charge me for changing my work-email address log-in. What, do folks not change work-emails over time?

Since we started systematically using Avoma, I'm confident that we have all of the information I need about our client meetings available where it's most relevant - connected to the right people, acccounts, deals, etc. in our CRM system. 

That includes calls that I've not been on. I can quickly scan the auto-generated summary, and dip into the transcript and/or recording if I need more detail.

Integration with CRM, Meeting platform, and Outlook is easy to set up and works flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about Avoma?**

Transcription still feels a bit raw. It's very usable, but far from perfect. I went through the process of creating a voiceprint, but haven't noticed any significant change.

**What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a good listener, but not the best notetaker. When taking notes I find that I don't listen as effectively and the quality of customer interactions suffers as a result. Avoma takes that burden completely and I'm completely engaged in the discussion.
