Avoma is not only affordable, but it is a powerful tool that is easy to use. Implementation was extremely fast and they continue to develop additional features for positive insights and assigning AI to key information that can be bulleted separately in the call recap. The way it integrates with our CRM (Salesforce), Zoom and google meet was quick and painless, which is always a major concern when implementing a new solution. Sarah Cotrell has been the best CSM I have worked with and her support throughout onboarding with training and offering to help build out additional tracking tools and scorecards has been amazing. My sales team is able to create snippets of their demo calls, comment on the snippets and ask for feedback daily. The automatic recording transcription features are very accurate, saving us time and ensuring nothing gets lost in conversation.

The most helpful part about avoma for me is the feedback after my calls. Such as how much I talked vs how much the client talked during the calls. I tend to over talk on some of the calls so its allowed me to look back at them and to see how much I tend to do that. So it allows me to have more insight. Another feature that I use for every call is the scorecard feature. This alone has helped raise the quality of my calls. Its very easy to think that you covered everything that you need to on the calls but Avoma allowed me to actually see some key points that I was not bringing up on the call which can be crucial. It allowed me to see that some of those questions I was asking in a very broad since and not being specific. So I looked back at the scorecard, looked at which questions I was missing more often and then made it a point to make sure to ask those on my calls and the quality has improved significantly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To me the only downside would be the AI that jumps on the calls. I know this is something that probably cannot be avoided but it just makes it feel like someone else is on the calls but know its another way it allows the system to take better notes of the calls. I do feel like the notes tab on the calls can be a little overbearing for me. When I see a bunch of words, lines and sections it can be a little overwhelming especially on a very busy day. Thats why I feel that I tend to stick more to the scorecards feature and that really helps me know what I miss/go over etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the transcripts of calls to quickly review calls I didn't make. I also enjoy it for use for internal training and coaching. Sharing snippets with team members is also particularly useful. Sometimes I struggle with the permissions within the tool and grouping calls into appropriate teams so that those who need access get the recordings but also keeping the privacy and security standards maintained at our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customization while meeting with clients. You are able to really learn what the highs and lows are that pain points and what is most importants. The take ways summaries are awesome. The upsides of using Avoma are the call transcirptions and the organization of the meetings and calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are paying for double the amount of seats that we need. We only have 48 active users and are paying for 87. We don't have the headcount that we did at the beginning of the year, which we let them know about, and they signed us up for another year with the same amount of people. We asked multiple times to revisist the contract and renegotiate the user count with them. Multiple times they flat out refused. They will not even meet us halfway. We will not renew our next contract with Avoma due to this.
You cannot download playlists, you need to find the snippet in the playlist, search for the call by the name (which doesn't always find the call), and then find the snippet in the call. This is extremely time consuming.
