AvePoint Fly SaaS Pros and Cons

I wanted to share my positive experience with AvePoint Fly SaaS. It made our large scale migration effortless, allowing us to transfer Microsoft 365 content emails, documents, SharePoint sites, and Teams data smoothly and accurately.

I loved the flexibility to customize the process with automated and manual controls, plus the support for platforms like Google Workspace was a nice bonus. The unlimited data migration feature really saved us during our transition. It felt like having a powerful tool without any technical headaches!

The tools has both on-prem and SAAS versions. Both are so easy to use, once connected to your endpoints your a few clicks to being done. The number of features is massive, exchange, teams, sharepoint, powerBI.

It would be great if the tool created your destination accounts for you and hid them from the GAL. If it also did a unhide once your finished with a batch that would be great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It simplifies your content migration to SharePoint Online and from SharePoint on-premises to cloud services.

It was able to replicate a top down web application I.E. the structure and move the content over.

Could monitor job progress and view details. Additionally could export job details.

They are continuing to improve and update their software. Since we've started using their product they have released well over 4+ upgrades all of which has helped the processes in speed and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It didn't move everything. Due to our very large environment, a good bulk of information was not moved. This may have been an isolated incident to just our experience but it did cause us major headaches.
