The app is very simple to use and I love that it has a template of FAQs pre-set for you already. You can easily customize the widget's theme colors to match your branding and the pre-set questions to match your own store policy.

I had to reach out to customer support regarding duplicated widget showing on my account with another widget I had in place.

I opened the chat box and within 5 minutes a customer representative responded. Her name is Jasmine and she efficiently solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. I was surprised that the developer of the app (Marcus) was able to customize the widget location for me.
