AVADA Email Marketing is really easy to use and the customer support is absolutely the best you can find. Jasmine was really helpful and managed well all my problems.

They do not have "Customer.Locale Property" to correctly filter customers based on their language. Now I am auto-tagging customers using a script in my shopify forms, however it would be better to have that filter integrated, I am sure they will release it in some days from now.
