Not showing upfront that a product must include a Surcharge. Not being able to list different discounts for various products within a manufacturer's list. Some items might get 50% off and some within the same manufacturer, might get 50/5% but you can't show different discounts. Removing the AQPolice! The only minor things are 1) I don't like not being able to copy and paste customers' information from the Contacts list (sometimes if I am emailing someone new, it is easier to copy and paste rather than try and type it from memory). 2. Unfortunately there seems to be a greater push to have Revit tools, it is the relevent design software, but maintaining CAD blocks for equipment helps ensure a quick and efficient layout to land a sale.
