What do you like best about Automat?

Automat is our global vendor managing the launch of Chatbot for the international markets. I like the project management and timely response in terms of communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automat?

The company is based in Canada. I had concern of the project management and support in terms of trouble shooting for technical issues as they are different time zone. However the project has been well managed. I hope the they can still do the good job in terms of maintenance or support for the marketing activation in the future.
