AutoLeap has a much easier user interface. I love that our customers can now approve estimates through text or email as well as pay by text or email. It has made communication with our customers more efficient and we are not having as many phone calls regarding their repair orders. Also, being able to see the technicians progress has helped tremendously, we can let the customer know the tech is done with the radiator, but still has the condenser to do. I love that we can order the parts right from the repair order too. The switching process was super easy and Julia was great through implementation, orientation and the group meetings we had. There are not any downsides to using AutoLeap for me. Everything about the software has helped our company grow and become more successful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We especially like the CRM, a more intuitive and organized workboard and the review system. It was easy to implement, as we use the system in our daily lives and, as I said before, it's very intuitive. It also integrates with other APIs such as partstech and repair link, for example. At the moment we haven't found anything we don't like. Even if we think something is missing, we send it to support and they start analyzing whether they can implement something else or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it is a dynamic system and that I can access it no matter where I am at, as I use it 5-7 days/week.
When we made the decision to switch to AutoLeap, we knew it was an easy choice. Sure, making changes is always scary when you've been using the same software for years, but AutoLeap made it an easy transition with the integration. They set it all up for you, make sure they turn out exactly what it is you are wanting. They check in with you weekly on Zoom to answer any questions you have and will do a remote session with you, to see firsthand what you are experiencing, so they can resolve any questions or issues to the fullest. I love that their system is dynamic and customizable. There is never a ticket that goes ignored as you are constantly seeing everything that is currently going on in the shop. We have been using AutoLeap now for 3-4 months and there is honestly very little, if anything that I see needs changing. Two thumbs up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I am not crazy about, is when navigating AutoLeap, it will open a new window everytime you click to start something new, but with that also comes some perks, as you are able to reference previous windows easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Implementation Consultant we had (Talia Bond) was there every step of the way to help us with any concerns we had. The software is amazing to work with, and how everything is integrated makes running a business much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not found anything about Autoleap that we dislike yet. It is such a straight forward program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve been using AutoLeap now, the platform is super easy to use, and it’s made running my auto shop so much smoother. From scheduling appointments to invoicing, everything is streamlined and efficient.
The customer support is fantastic too—whenever I’ve had a question, they’re quick to help. It’s also been great for keeping everything organized, and my team loves how much time it saves.
I’d definitely recommend AutoLeap to anyone in the auto repair business. It’s made a huge difference for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about AutoLeap so far. It’s been a fantastic tool for us, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the auto repair business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a good concept but we felt it is too basic and for us is not ready to service a shop like Mitchell or Tekmetrics can. We were told it was a work in progress, however it was no where near where we felt it should be to be used in a professional shop environment.
We left after a year because we felt like most of the promises given to us were not actually brought into manifestation.
Leaving was even a drama because they set up their contracts on annual auto renew without notification, thankfully they did let us out of the contract and were very kind.
The team is nice but we felt it was ineffective and they required constant follow up for the things that were promised if they were even done at all. For example we were told they would manually do the payroll reports and send them to me, as it was being worked on to be integratd into their system. However, nearly every pay period I had to ask for the data until finally I just resorted to doing it all myself so I did not have to beg for it.
After a year, the payroll was still not working as we had expected it to, like other systems we had used, and there was other things that just felt too beta for us to continue working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Switching to Autoleap is probably the biggest mistake we have ever made as a business, there is nothing I regret more. We felt like this system was not ready to do what was promised t would. We feel like nothing that was told to us was manifested. We were promised that we would always have access to our cloud records even if we left, that is NOT the case. We have requested access to our records many times after we were cut out but they say since we are no longer paying for their services we do not have a right to our data.
We do not want to use anything in Autoleap except for accessing the records we paid to build in thier system. That is not what we were told when they sold us on the site, nor when we left. There is work records missing, all of the vehicle description data was lost in transition for 100% of classic cars. They reset to zero vehicle description for hundreds of cars, and alot of data from our transfer to our new cloud system was missing like texts communications, customer notification and digital consents. Some cases we suspect the entire work order history is missing but without access to the cloud data we built we have no way of knowing unless a customer provides us with a copy of the work order or the date so we can pull our paper records out of archives.
They only transfered over the very basic information and in some cases not even the basics. Anything that was not a modern car (about 40% of our business is classics) the vehicle came over with zero vehicle description or year. It was an absolute poop show tying to deal with those records from the year we were with them. Every other system we have been on has a process to allow past users to access their information while not getting anything they are not paying for, Autoleap should have the ability for people to log in and access their records, but we have been told repeatedly we will not be granted access to our records unless we continue to pay for the ongoing service. Everyone should be aware that this may be the case for them if they choose to transition to Autoleap and ever decide to leave to another platform. I am in the process of submitting a Attorney General complaint about it. The irony is we have not been on Mitchell for over two years but we can still access all over records going back to the early 2000's.
*review from when we were brand new and given alot of promises that were yet to be fullfilled~Probably the only thing is that this is newer and still has a couple of things, however, I would not even really consider this as something I dislike, it's more of a temporary inconvenience that will be rectified with new updates very soon. I can very much live with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very modern software with great customiseable features. Its really easy to schedule, create estimates, streamlined work orders and simple invoice process. Customer automated reminders is a major bonus. When it comes to vehicle inspections and how simple is to share it with customers it makes it very professional and gains alot of trust.
When it comes to customer service AutoLeap are amazing , very prompt, confident and knowledgeable of their product. Top notch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like any software it can and will have limitations. AutoLeap does not allow to print vehicle history as bulk or one file format just split into individual service jobs.
Inspection reports have only but a few templates so it takes alot of shop time to input and customise. When quoting in same work order you can't toggle on off to show different prices for specific jobs only. But all these features can be and probably at some point will be added with future updates. streamlined approach to having parts ordering and integrated labor times. I like having the benefits of the CRM module for my business and my Customers. The customer support has been fantastic from the autoleap team as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found any downsides as of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the customer service and the training. I also liked that I could sign in remotely. My customers like it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integrated payments doesn't allow you to tap payments through Apple and Google Pay. It only has cash, card and check. A lot of people pay through these methods nowadays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful in auto leap is the way everything is set up and in for work orders and customer set ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that autoleap is a bit more pricier then the competitors i was using before but fairly way more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is web based and the system we had been using was server based, so if the server in another province went down we were screwed. Pray we not get a major outage on internet.
When I'm stuck, which was at least once a day I got onto the chat feature and the staff directed me to a speedy solution. Very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I only dislike what is new to me, it is going to take time to learn everything. Old habits die hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
