What do you like best about AutoAlert?

AutoAlert allows us to stay in constant contact with our customers to inform them when they could be in an upgrade position for a new vehicle at little to no additional payment increase. It can run in the background with little dealership input, until a customer wants to look into a possible upgrade purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoAlert?

AutoAlert always pairs the customer to the same vehicle they are driving now, which in our market is a lot of F-150s. Trucks have been incredibly hard to come by during the pandemic but AutoAlert didn't have a solution during inventory shortages. We continued with the service during COVID, but our ROI dropped significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutoAlert solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to run an always-on upgrade sale with the help of AutoAlert. It allows us to update our customers when they are in an upgrade position without having to call them when they aren't expecting a call, and allows the customer to consider their options on their own time before contacting the dealership. What do you like best about AutoAlert?

What do you dislike about AutoAlert?

Past the dash board information became harder to get to. Information was put in different locations and on different screens making it not as user friendly as some of its competitors products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutoAlert solving and how is that benefiting you?

AutoAlert allowed us to pick out the customers that had equity in leased or financed vehicles without having to search every customer in our Database making it simple for someone to contact them with the correct information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AutoAlert?

I love how you can customize searches and customize notifications. Other similar hubs will notify/alert you of similar vehicles, but they may not be ones you are interested in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoAlert?

Sometimes there may be too many alerts, significantly if you do not narrow your search. You may not always get the alerts you desire if you place too many filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutoAlert solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been searching for a while for a Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins at a good price. By using AutoAlert we don't have to spend so much time searching, we can set up the alerts when something in our area shows up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AutoAlert?

Easy to use, to search, and to categorize different types of data you are interested in. Profitable month over month. Auto emails monthly and weekly reports that are easy to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is difficult to rely solely on the data they provide. Many times, the MSRP of the new vehicle in the proposal is wrong. Also, the payoff and trade values are quite often wrong by a significant amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You must double check your proposals to be sure that the proposed upgrade is actually an upgrade. Lease over miles and lease end of contract opportunities are the highest returning opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
