Authsignal Pricing Reviews
The agile nature of the tecnhology and the team behind it. It's been extremely refreshing to have a provider with a similar approach to ourselves in that they were transparent and tried to understand our needs then worked to provide a service that is going to truly add value to us (rather than pushing a pre-existing solution in our faces).
It was also a breeze for us to integrate/implement and has made it easy for us to continue to roll out new rules in a controlled and considered manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the data available in the portal could drill down a bit better - e.g. being able to drill into the user actions' block vs challenge vs allow results over time to investigate what might be causing a spike in blocks on a certain day for example.
If we have a 5% increase of blocked logins on a particular day/month, it would be good to have a way to easily check what condition caused these blocks (e.g. if they were all from one region we might be able to delve deeper into what's causing that trend and implement further controls as a result) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
