Adaptable to our business needs. With Covid, mail delivery became unreliable for submitting entries into competitions. We setup Authorize.net to allow online entries to be processed for trial entries. One of our recent trials filled in 2.5 hours of opening by using Authorize.net to process trial entries. In the event of a withdrawal from a trial, the trial secretary can process a refund directly, instead of having to get a refund check requested". Unlike some programs, if you enter information incorrectly, the system does not highlight the error so that it can be corrected before submission. Once it is submitted, the trial secretary has to cleanup the error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. API documentation for integrating with our product was vey easy.

2. Credit & Debit Payments are settled the very next day whereas few Internatinoal PGs take upto 3-7 days.

3. It's fraud prevention feature is top-notch & it really does the job of identifying fradulent payments instantly.

1. Pricing is very high compared to other PGs & there's no free trial available. It's starting price itself if $ 25.

2. In the initial days, the transactions decline rate was high though it was a plain transaction & the card holder is genuine.

I find that the authorize.net is user friendly and ease to seach for transactions. The daily balancing is also simple as I can run an end of day report. Authorize.net also integrates well with our credit card processor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like the implementation of the multi-factor identification. Our website receives multiple orders per day and if we are logged out due to inactivity, an emailed PIN is required to re-log on. This is a new feature and I would prefer that the website remember my IP address for at least 30 days before reauthorizing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a few different pricing structures to best fit your needs. All of their pricing plans include no setup fee and the transaction prices are very reasonable. I have no come across any downsized in using Authorize.net. I've been using them many years now without issue. I've even changed bank accounts and their customer service team easily added it to my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy to navigate the site is. It was compatiable with Pandadoc, our invoicing software and made it easy to accept payments. I like the email notifications of payments. It helps with knowing when to run reports. Our company takes large payments via credit card and it helps to ensure that the payment went through with a notification.

The only thing i would like inmprovment on is the website, it is easy to navigate but it is a bit dated. Other than that I am happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, I have no complaints about Authorize.net's services. I am using their services as part of my bank's offering. I find their merchant interface easy to use, although I would like to have more editing options when creating invoices and the ability to mark invoices as paid if a customer decides to use a different payment method. The two-factor authentication is something I would love for them to make easier, having to get a pin by email every single time you need to login is annoying, I would rather have the account in my authenticator app and enter that pin instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
