What do you like best about Authorize.net?

I can always use the chat feature to get in touch with customer service. And on every occasion they've been helpful in answering my questions or resolving issues we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Authorize.net?

Not as easy to understand the Security Settings that are necessary for our type of business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Authorize.net solving and how is that benefiting you?

We primarily switched because we couldn't get account updater with the previous payment gateway, so it's a significant increase in retention rate and revenue by having this service from Authorize.net Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once set-up, it is a hands-off affair.

I am barely aware that I am using Authorize.net, and this is how it should be.

I have not needed any technical support, and it just runs as it should in the background Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
