The fact that it takes 5+ hours for many of our merchants' transactions to batch out and send to the processor. It usually doesn't hit the processor on time to merchants to get the next-day funding that they paid extra for. We often get blamed for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It seems to be fairly simple to navigate and find what I need. Other areas I have no idea what they are so I stay away from them. It was easy to change bank account information when we switched accounts. I use it often to look up credit card payments and sometimes to refund charges which was easier to do than I thought it was.
