I like the ease with which we can upload the documents and minimize the paperwork while completing the various activities of a project. I also like the to do list which shows up as soon as I login. I also like to status history which is available for each activity which helps in tracking the progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software does not have lot of leverage of making changes to an item after it has been submitted. There is no option for the user to get notification whenever a new action item shows up on WBCMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the Software As a Service subscription model and the user environment is intuitive for users (as a result the user training has been minimal). I like that the system is customizable and that we can build our own workflows. I like working with the Aurigo implementation team and getting to know them. I like that the system is rarely, if ever down. I really like the way the Payment module works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The custom reports (.rdl) are challenging to build and there is little or no support. I dislike that we are unable to add photos to reports. I dislike the email notification system and that is sends out emails based on Roles and not on individuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working with Aurigo team has been a great experience. They are professional , knowledgeable and more than willing to configure a system that fulfills client's needs.
