Top Rated Attio Alternatives

Loved how easy it was to get started with Attio. I moved us onto it in one afternoon. It's struck such a great balance between flexibility and simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some feature gaps early on (like analytics) but they've been closing them at an extremely fast clip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I signed up for Attio early when it first launched, a couple of years ago. I didn't like it then and stopped short of subscribing. However, in 2024, after testing several other CRMs, I find Attio to be the most flexible and user-friendly tool. I appreciate the ability to define categories for the things I track (e.g. deals, people, organizations) and how easy it is to build different pipelines. The app experience is less clunky compared to other CRMs I have tested (Salesforce, Pipedrive), and the reporting feature is much easier to set up than some other contenders (folk.app). Admittedly, there are things I haven't figured out yet. I feel like some enrichment features are missing, sending simple emails should be way esiers, and the fact there is no iOS app in 2024 is still a bit of a disappointment. I hope the Attio team will catch up to the breadth of integrations offered by HubSpot and that automation will work without the need to call Zapier/Relay or any other automation tools out there. Attio impressed us in our first days of use with its intuitive and highly customizable interface. Speed also. It’s evident that Attio was designed with flexibility and usability in mind.
Chrome Extension is working very well. So far so good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing blocker and particularly frustating.
We're used to search for everything and we consider CRM as source of truth as a database. Leveraging the Attio notes for example (especially when they are populated from raw notes from AI recorders) to search them all could be cool.
Maybe adding some conversational intelligence features as well to feed the objects with (with more features to tag & so on), some tools does that in the conv space yes but could be cool to see that coming in Attio! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've tested a lot of CRMs, and when I came to setting up my own business, it was time to find the best of the best. Attio fit that bill brilliantly. The UI feels instantly familiar and intuitive. Things drag'n'drop into place, edit at a click and adapt to what we need most. Data about accounts and individuals automatically populates, including when I add from LinkedIn via the Chrome extension. I have also integrated it with MailerLite via Zapier, which was simple to setup. I've contacted support and got great service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like there to be more trackable 'interactions' like calls and LinkedIn messages, but I understand that's coming in 2024. Exciting! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Attio is the only CRM I have found that really meets my overall needs. Every other CRM felt like I was having to fit into a box.
The airtable-style approach is awesome for building custom pipelines, and the combo of clearly defined stages and attributes is really powerful.
I also love the data enrichment. It makes it easy to ensure the companies and people are connected properly, but the additional data like ARR, number of employees, and more is actually helpful in how I qualify customers and engage with them.
The reporting is excellent and I have a single dashboard where I can see critical data, not just in terms of close rate, but also industries, lead sources, geo, and more.
Finally, the support is AWESOME. Attio provides a very personal level of service and have answered every question I have ever had. Also, whenever I have submitted feature requests, they circle back with me when those features are implemented. I feel like I am doing business with people...not a faceless company.
I am a huge fan...highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing spring to mind. I have overall been very impressed with Attio, their product, their service, and their support. I am happy to recommend Attio...I am a happy paid customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Attio is a modern CRM tool that each team member can easily customize according to its needs. The chrome extension is certainly super helpful to lock in new prospects rapidly while browsing the web and the task setting functionality (& subsequent daily email reminders of overdue tasks) is extremely intuitive. Note-taking directly within the tool and enabling tagging of companies/people makes collaboration between (distributed) team members very easy.
For notes, you can define your own templates to make sure everyone on your team follows the same framework (and doesn't forget to ask some critical questions)
The import functionality of preexisting datasets is very easily handled
As an administrator, it's pretty easy to add or suspend team members that join/leave the company.
We're not using the open API any longer because our need for it has disappeared but it was one of the deciding factors when we selected them (and the API was very stable). Generally speaking, we might be far from exploiting the full automation capabilities that the team has developed.
And of course, Attio's customer support team (and sometimes engineers when you report a bug) is extremely responsive, which makes the whole experience very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pace of functionality development is slower than I'd like but that's probably because I'm not using some functionalities that are critical for other customer segments (I work in PE/VC). I wager this should improve markedly since they latest (significant) fundraise in Q1 2023.
The mobile app (as of June 14, 2023) doesn't enable note-taking on the fly (e.g.: at events), which is a shame.
Other functionalities that'd be useful (to me) include: adding tasks directly from the chrome extension, being able to group notes, to download all notes in a word/text format etc...
The other side of the flexibility coin is obviosuly that you need to put in place some basic processes that you need to force team members to respect. As of today, Attio doesn't restrict some CRM functionalities to administrators only (admin stuff is obviously for admins only but, let's say you use certain values to tag & track data in a structured format, the whole team can add their own values, which sometimes leads to an accumulation of data, which "pollutes" the original dataset - hence the need for somewhat strict guidelines for your team). Ease of use, flexibility, collaboration, accessing the information I need, when I need it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't wait for more integrations - it is still a bit light but can see some progress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Attio is an outstanding tool that has exceeded our expectations. It's incredibly easy to configure. The user interface is intuitive, user-friendly, and reminiscent of Notion. The Attio team, especially Alex, provided exceptional support during the onboarding process. It's the go-to CRM solution we highly recommend to businesses of all sizes - especially early stages startups that don't want to lose time with complex CRM. We couldn't be happier with the results! Attio lacks integrations with our business stack and offers limited customization options to suit our needs. The interface is intuitive, but expanding integrations and enhancing customization would deeply improve its value. We talked to the Attio team about this - it's coming soon :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to navigate. User friendly platforms aren't raved about enough. It's really straight forward to organise our information and leverage the data we have as a fund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd love to see more shortcuts. Actually I can't complain! They ship new features at an amazing cadence. Very impressive team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gmail integration is best-in-class
UX is 10x easier than Hubspot/Salesforce yet it's just as powerful
Powerful data architecture, data dashboards are easy to setup
