We have had a great team at Attentive that offer valuable recommendations and are quick to get back to us when we have questions. I love their new AI sms suggestions as well! **What do you dislike about Attentive?** If I had anything to dislike I suppose it could always be pricing, however that would apply to any platform! **What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Attentive is helping us reach our customers in a more personal way via SMS. They offer suggestions on how we can communicate better with our customers and drive more sales. We have seen a lot of growth since starting with Attentive in both our subscriber lists, but also in revenue. I am very impressed with the customer support they offer. ### 2. It is a huge driver of our success. **What do you dislike about Attentive?** Attentive is a little pricey compared to other alternatives on a per text and per image basis, though they make up for it in functionality. **What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Attentive is our one-stop hub for SMS and now email marketing for subscribed customers. It has replaced kl*viyo as our one and only software needed to engage with customers pre and post purchase. ### 3. Love the performance analytics dashboard and that it's so easy to control segments and create unique journeys for every customer. **What do you dislike about Attentive?** The helpdesk integration could use work. If photos could be sent through to email and customer information was attached to tickets that come through the integration, this would be extremely helpful. **What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Attentive makes reach and acquisition easy by offering hyper-personalization, ultimately strengthening CRM.
