What do you like best about ATOM Tax Office Manager?
ATOM is basically a CRM, housing client information centralized for account access, mailing lists, and now VoIP integration. There have been many improvements since we started using this a few years ago. Our main attraction to ATOM is the fact that it communicates directly with Drake tax software in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ATOM Tax Office Manager?
The interface is not the most user-friendly option out there, billing and A/R reports could be more easily generated, and the email function does not accept attachments. (There are legitimate reasons for this but it is still a little awkward.)
