We have saved thousands of dollars a month by switching to Atsmoshere TV and removing cable TV from just 10 locations. Their dashboard is easy to use. My favorite feature is it allows you to throw up custom campaigns across all locations. New LTO? Its on your TVs without leaving your office.

There are some ads that come with Atmosphere but they can tailor it to your business so they don't play competitor ads so that's a plus. Also the ads aren't displayed nearly as much as regular content so for a free solution it's a non-issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think being able to have more custimization around how often ads play would be helpful. For instance, if we only have a couple ads active at a given time, it will replay way too often and contribute to ad fatigue for our guests (and especially employees) within 1 visit. Atmosphere TV is a refreshing breath of air in a industry full of hidden fees and add-ons. From my first call with the sales rep to the follow ups from my account manager, everything has been transparent and as described. Being able to upload curated ads for our own business is a huge plus. The issue we originally had was running specific channels on a loop. They would play one time through, and then revert back to the same channel, not allowing us to have a mix of content running without manually changing it. Extremely simple user interface. Can't beat the price. Content is excellent and there are many different options to choose from. Love that we can display custom promotions and messages for our guests. Implementation was super-simple. Customer Support was not needed, but proactively reached out to us in advance of setup to make sure we were good-to-go. The hardware was super-simple to configure and integrated nicely with the hardware (TV's purchased from Amazon). Family friendly entertainment with good variety to keeps thing fresh - love the paws tv as well as drone tv to mention a couple. The installation was simply and easily integrated into my dental practice. Repetition of content... We see the same content, however it's different enough that most people don't notice.

Needs a smudge more live emphasis on sports because that's what customers get crazy about. It has the rolling stats and high level stuff but would be great if they had a subscription add on for NFL, Baseball, Soccer, Basketball. I love the large variety of channels to choose from and the quality of all of the videos as well. The personalized ads are really easy to create and look great with the other content.
