The dashboard is easy to use and update. The content is interesting and keeps people in their seats watching the TVs which means they may buy one more drink or order some more food. Really easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard channel manager does not schedule different channels, I would like to set a list. Then have devise auto rotate the channels on my device. Uploaded images that are out of range, would be great if you could somehow let us format or edit picture "on the fly" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Atmosphere TV offers a lot of content for very little cost. For business use where you typical have a waiting area or something of the like where customers are there for a a short period of time, it's an excellent alternative to expensive commercial TV subscriptions. The content is funny, entertaining and allows us to also include our events and advertisements. People seem to watch the Atmosphere TV as much or more than the sporting events also displayed. Customer support is readily available and knowledgable. We have our displays on during business hours and the content is frequently updated. I love that we can personalize the advertisements withn our organization and run them here as much (or as little) as we like. I also love that our patrons get wrapped up into it and how it adds to our overall atomosphere and location.
It was extremenly easy to install and setup and this means anyone could do it. We have three different units in our location and run three different programs so that there is a choice of what patrons can enjoy while dining. We use it all the time and leave our TVs running during all business hours. We have not had any issues with it since we installed it and are confident that if we were to run into a hiccup, that it would be promptly taken care of by customer service since they have already provided great service in just getting us setup. There are some louder ads that come on that are louder than the others or the programming and this can be a bit of a turn off. We have consequently turned our volume off. This is okay but some channels lend themselves to some volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most helpful about Atmosphere TV is that we can put our hours of operation on all of the TV screens in the waiting rooms. Patientsreally pay attention to the TV screens because we have channels on that are appropriate for the type of waiting room. Fo example in the childrens waiting area we have the channel about puppies and for the Sick care waitnig area we have motivating channels on in that area and for the well care waitng rooms we have super human and action channels to help make the wait seem shorter as people are entertained while they are watching action on the TV. It allows us to run ads for our business within our restaurants. We use it to promote specials, events, and deals. Our customers find the content to be very entertaining and love it. Just a great service overall. I would highly recommend Atmosphere TV to any buisness considering it. It truely allows you to reach your customers both in and outside of your buisness. We have seen great success from it with an increase of sales for specials or items we promote on it inside of our resturants. There isn't anything that we dislike about this service. I wish we could run longer ads, like 60-second videos, not just 30 videos. Other then that there is no really dislikes or complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
