Trello for G Suite Pros and Cons

Super fast loading compared to other G Suite Apps. I use it in gmail and I like that it remembers the last Trello 'Board' and 'List' that you were using within gmail.

Besides choosing from all of your boards and lists you can also edit the name, description, and due date. You can use description markdown as you would in Trello. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One big issue: if you 'scroll' right when editing the card in gmail, you cannot scroll all the way back to the left. You can use the arrow keys to see everything again, but it's not intuitive.

Little issue: it would be great to assign these cards and add checklists to them while in gmail. If an 'advanced' drop down is needed to keep the app from slowing down, that would be fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it makes it very easy to organize tasks and collaboration between team members, all this within the same g-suite application, it is integrated with the google calendar in addition to drive, docs and other google apps and can be used for free, also allows to create work teams and unlimited boards. its interface is modern and intuitive and you just have to drag and drop the cards to organize them inside the board. allows only one powerup per dashboard unless you switch to a paid plan, it does not allow assigning costs, resources or prorities to tasks that can be used to more efficiently manage the evolution of projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have trouble staying organized or write things down and lose them frequently, Trello is a great software to have! Also if you're on the go, it's great to have everything stored in "the cloud" where you can access it from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trello is fairly limited on "advanced features". It is great for basic notes, reminders and deadlines, but if you're looking to go above and beyond these basic features, this may not be the best fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We all organise our day and report bugs on Trello, this is a real time saver as I can create a new card as soon as I receive an e-mail or a Google Calendar Invite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only problem is that you have to prepare your trello board on Trello's website as it is impossible to ad new board or list from Gmail. You can only ad a card. You can't ad someone to the task or ad a label to it neither. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trello is a great collaboration tool that helped give my team a shared perspective on any project we worked on easily and quickly without having to setup a meeting for every new update that took place. Trello boards is such an amazing feature where it helps teams organize, collaborate, and share information to accomplish their assigned tasks in a flexible and fun way that they really loved.

And trello being integrated with G suite has upgraded its feature big time, It allows us to attach and create Drive folders and files without leaving Trello. Trello boards can be turned into Slides presentations. Integrated with the calendar in gmail. I can easily add and manage team members since it's integrated with Sheets, Chrome, Calendar, GMail, Inbox, and Google Apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't have much more features in G suite that differentiates it from the usual Trello as being integrated with Gmail should've added more privileges to it. G suite doesn't have a free trial so you have to purchase a premium plan to start using it knowing that they have very reasonable plans for personal and business use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well it's that the differences between the Trello and G suite are really not that much, G suite doesn't have that much of privileges as what was expected for it to have. But It was all advanced features that I didn't really need so for me it was really convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that Trello and G-suite can sync and are easily accessible from the G suite account is a great addition since it allows members to check what's being posted regularly since it's accessible from the main dashboard. It would be nice to have buttons or options in the G-suite drive that allows you to add things to Trello by shortcut because essentially, both are different softwares that you have to utilize separately regardless of the integration.
