I really like creating multiple boards for large projects and campaigns, and the ability to assign people and dates that are viewable in a calendar mode as well. The attachment options are great for keeping everything in one place, and there are many great power-ups you can add that are valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that there were more features included in the basic free package right off the bat, as it's not nearly customizable enough without the paid plan. However, within the paid plan I tried to add a power-up that allowed me to sync all boards so I can have a clean to-do list, and my teammates can have their own as well, but I had to get all the way through finalizing adding the power-up before it told me that this is something I'd have to pay for ON TOP OF what we just spent to upgrade in the first place. The best feature I like about Trello for G Suite is the possibility to select the board and the list to add a new Trello card directly from my Gmail account. In the meantime, I can read my emails and select the content that I want to add to the new Trello card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, with Trello for G Suite, it is not possible to create a new Trello board or a new Trello list directly from my Gmail account. First, I have to open Trello, then I have to create a new Trello board and a new Trello list. Then I have to refresh the Gmail page and lastly, I can add a new Trekki card in the new Trello board I previously created in my Trello account directly from my Gmail account. Awesome integration as it can be used in collaboration with all of my Android apps. Everything is one touch away and easy user friendly. I am big on organization and so the boards create shared space and aids in my productivity as I collaborate with others on my team. G-Suite has been optimal to my success.
