It keeps all information on a client in one location: case files/documents, calendar/appointments, etc. This helps keep the file organized and information needed at arms reach. Very easy to keep an office paperless when using Neos because all the information needed is on the Neos cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our law firm handles a variety of cases but it is 90% personal injury. The other types of cases include employment, insurance/contract and premises liability. It is difficult to use Neos if the initial set up of the system is geard only towards personal injury so unless you have been trained on how to set up the system, you are using personal injury checklists/reminders that do not apply. I make do with what I can using Neos for my non-PI cases, but I suppose if I received more training on how to set-up, there wouldn't be as many useless things for my other cases. Neo's is amazing. It helps me keep track of my cases and the work that is done and still needed to be done. I can text and email my clients straight from Neo's. I can save all my emails, texts and notes from here. The text feature will notify you if the message went through or not. We have been able to upload our letters to the program and be able to generate each one for our clients, we can even open the generated letters and change the letter. It helps cut down the time of having to produce each letter one by one and cut down on the basic needs of inputting name, address etc. Neos has a calendar setting to set dates for clients and even write notes to other co-workers. Logging in and out is very easy and case reminders come up when you log in everyday. Time keeping can be put for each case if you need to keep time for hourly cases for civil or criminal cases. Cost for each case can be calculated and input in the system, to make everything easier for the accountant. It certainly can be customizable to your office. Neos has been great for our office and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The updates sometimes take away the way we make our reports and case list. We don't have much say in what they update sometimes the updates are refreshing and helpful but lately it has madeit a little difficult for my office to run reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a paralegal, I rely on Assembly Neos daily, and I appreciate how user-friendly it is, requiring minimal training to get started. The platform allows me to easily access client information and find everything I need all in one place, which significantly boosts my productivity. The organizational features, including an active checklist, help me stay on top of my tasks, while the ability to reassign cases and monitor their progress keeps our workflow efficient. Our office utilizes Assembly Neos throughout the entire process, from intake to settlement, making it an invaluable tool in our daily operations. Overall, it's a fantastic solution for anyone in the legal field looking to streamline their work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In Assembly Neos, I find it frustrating that you need to manually press the save button after updating information on a case. If you forget to click it, your changes won't be saved. It would be much more convenient if the system automatically saved updates for you. It's not a deal breaker but you do need to remember to save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it allows me to do detailed notes and includes tasks that I am able to complete. Personal injury cases include a variety of tasks that must be completed in a timely manner. This helps me to stay on top of everything I have to do including record requests, letters of representation and following up with adjusters, providers and clients. The ease of use makes it easy to stay organized, on track and manage all of the tasks I have to complete. I use it daily and it is easy to integrate my notes, emails, phone calls and whatever else I need to add to the file. By checking my checklist, I can make sure to implement all of the necessary steps when managing my cases. Plus, customer support is a breeze as I can always get in touch with someone if I have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that I had a casesave feature where I could save emails directly to neos, that way I dont have to copy and paste each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I started this job I was told the company was switching to a cloud based program called Neos. I was terrified of having to learn how to navigate a new program. The switch felt seamless and the ease of learning the program was surprising. Neos makes it so easy to manage my case load. There are so many features that make my job easier. My favorite is being able to generate documents. With just a couple of clicks I can get many requests completed. I love the fact that customer support is just a click away. They go above and beyond to provide help. I can't imagine what it would be like to work every day without Neos. Neos is constantly upgarding and improving. I live in Neos and would defintely recommend it to anyone because it's a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I see is that sometimes the program will freeeze or kick you out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Neos is one of the best softwares out there for case management. I frequently use Neos almost every day. It is easy to navigate and easy to manage multiple cases. I love how I can connect it to my email and the ease ofintergration with other systems is one of my favorite features. When you have a group case the ease of implementation of neos helps organize everything while saving time. The system rarely ever has any issues. If there are any issues customer support is easy to get ahold of and solve issues pretty fast andthere isn't alot of downsides Neos the only thing i would say is a downside is theres only a certain amount of tabs you can have open and you have clear them before going to another file. The thing that is least helpful is that when you have a companion case you can easily copy a file or insurance on to your companion group but it doesn't stop it if its accidentally being duplicated. You have to check yourself to makesure its not duplicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel that Neos makes it extremely easy to share and edit documents with co-workers. We are able to work remotely but also have everything at our fingertips. We also use the integrations to our advantage. The ease of generating documents and tagging emails to needles really speeds up the time we are able to complete tasks as easy and document preparing and saving contact with claimant to the file for everyone in the firm to review. We have a lot of issues with the updates causing issues in our firm getting work done adequately due to errors they provide. As long as neos is working well and has no glitches, we love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Neos allows our law firm to have access to fast streamlined, at your fingertips client information. This allows us to provide 24/7 client support whereever and whenever we need. We use Neos everyday at our law firm. I personally have accessed Neos in the evening and on the weekends to provide clients with needed support. That is one of the best features of Neos - you can access it from anywhere and on any device.
Some of the key features that we LOVE are: multiple client tabs open at once; text messaging; internal chat; drafting multiple documents at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are not crazy about the organization of files/documents within Neos. We used Trialworks before Neos, and we liked how Trialworks organized documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Assembly Neos makes collaborating and staying easily connected with your team from anywhere. The templates alleviate the stress of consistently having to type the same thing over and over and reduce the chance for errors. There are many different ways to customize the software program to design your program to meet the needs of your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times, there have been issues with the calendar; however, Neos has been quick to resolve the issues. In addition, there technical support team is quick to respond to your concerns. The design of the software consistently changes as they are still in the process of perfecting the software program, therefore, do not get use to where the option buttons are within the program because it will likely change as soon as you get adjusted to the location. We use Neos everyday to touch on cases. Any update on Neos, Neos will send you videos about the new implemented changes to ease the integration of these changes. Only thing I do not like is how everyone can see your direct messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Assembly Neos is great for busy attorneys on the go. You are able to access your documents anywhere and everywhere using their cloud system. I love the freedom it gives me and how easy it is to log-in. I don't need to worry about having to remote on to a server and worry about spending a long time going through access codes. Neos seems to be in its early days for defense work. It would be great to see them expand into more defense-orientated products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
