I love everything about Neos! It is so user friendly and it is vital in my job. I love that all my work can be done quickly and efficiently in one place. I also really like how I don't have to log out to see updates other user's make, the system updates in real time. Every time I have had to call customer service they have been so helpful and polite. Literally the only issue I have ever had with Neos is the fact that I can't make a mini directory that allows me to choose multiple options, so I have had to put several mini directories on profiles that may need more than one answer to the question. It is user friendly - Firm wide - everyone is using the same templates when using Neos to assemble documents. I love the ability to modify the documents as needed, as each case differs.

Our firm was using Needles and this change was worlds better! Coming from a server based program to a cloud based program was out of this world! We love the document capability, the easy to understand and navigate platform. Neos is clear and concise - no more skipping from tab to tab to input or search information. Neos is an easy to understand format that we can access from our home office as easily as if we are on site. The ability to add details to notes that make it far easier to pinpoint what you are looking for is amazing. Additionally, there are so many short tutorials all staff members can learn or refresh how to achieve various tasks without having to wait for technical support. I love the convenience of the notifications and everything being in one place, makes it quick and easy to find what I need while on a call with a client. I personally haven't found a feature I haven't enjoyed using for work purposes. I will say sometimes I have issues with my email attachments tagging with the email, but that could be an Outlook issue and not a Neos issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ability to create documents with the form blanks being filled in with client information that is saved in Neos. This saves us a ton of time! Customer support always responds very quickly to answer any questions. We use Neos daily and rely on it heavily for the type of work that we do. The document generator and value tab are two of my favorite features. These features are not only time efficent but also user-friendly. The value tab helps our firm keep track of all expenses and records not only that but it's accessible. The document generator save us time and it's easy to manage. I greatly appreciate the way Neos plays well with other platforms that we also use every day such as Microsoft Outlook, Case Status, and RingCentral. The ability to integrate other tools into Neos makes it an efficient record keeping software where I can see all relevant communications in the same place. It was also easy to get used to using the platform when I was first trained. The pop-up notifications warning you before closing unsaved pages is helpful as well. I love the integration capabilities and the customisation! The way it integrates with Outlook's calendar, for instance, is great when you have colleagues who forget to give you access to their calendars! I would love to use the document template generation feature, but it’s still too clunky. Before I can even use it, I have to format the PDF in another software just to make the fields readable for Neos. Then, aligning everything within Neos becomes a frustrating process. It would be much more efficient if the system could better recognize fields automatically and offer a more intuitive way to adjust alignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful thing about Neos is that everything I could need for my cases are in one space. I can access every document, case cal, contacts, and so on all in one webpage. The one that that I dislike about Neos is that sometimes there are glitches that require me to close out of and reopen the site. This is not a huge issue, but it does matter when I am working on time sensitive matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
