In this age of technology UI/UX plays an important part and a good UI is very important for easy adaptation. Although the tool is easy to understand but the UI is very old age and boring thus it was not very easy for us to push internally and faced a lot of friction. With Ascendus I can 100% customize my evaluations and have flexible functionalities that will allow me to professionally digitize the entire process from start to finish:

• Follow-up: reopen surveys and send reminders.

• Add and modify on-the-fly surveys.

• Modify objectives during the process.

• Establish a workflow for the validation of objectives.

• Review process for feedback meetings.

In my opinion the best point of the software is the personal report that analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the employee and will serve as the basis for the supervisor to meet and review the results together.

The historical report analyzes the evolution of the employee throughout all the evaluations carried out.

Sometimes there are many options (like birthdates) that can be a little confused but they have already made improvements to this in the few months we have been with them.
