Super poor quality emails coming out of the AI, not at all scaleable or automatic. Requires a ton of handholding. During the sales process was sold a lot of ideas which didn't really come into fruition in the final product.

I would look elsewhere for a tool like this, as it's overpromising and underdelivering AI slop that doesn't really do a lot in the way of quality personalization, just pulls a lot of generic information and writes in a super generic, obviously AI-written tone that won't do you any favours in outbound campaigns. The dashboard should include a feature that allows me to track which specific leads have responded positively to my emails. This will help me accurately measure each campaign's response rate. The current method of calculating the response rate includes leads that have replied, "Remove me from your mailing list," and these replies should not be factored into the campaign's conversion rate.
