What do you like best about ARI?

First off, starting a new business, cost was a big thing. For the features ARI has, it was a no brainer. I can connect to QuickBooks, Mitchell1, send emails and texts from the software which is a big help when communicating with a customer. It has many other customizable features that make it so easy to use. It shows profit on each job and the job cards make it easy to see where I am in the process. What do you dislike about ARI?

The one feature I wish it had was that I could "close" the RO after it is done and paid and remove it from the Invoices screen and have it go into a more history status so I don't always have to sift through my invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

THE REPORTS ARE POOR AND IS NOT ACCURATE MOST OF THE TIME. KEEPING TRACK OF THE PARTS INVENTORY AND EXPENSES IS ALSO NOT ACCURATE. I AM NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER AYTHING TO QUICKBOOKS EITHER FOR SOME REASON. OTHER FEATURES ARE PRETTY DIFFICULT TO USE AND TO UNDERSTAND. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ARI?

The ability to invoice via email, text, or traditional paper. Things seem to go so much smoother when you're able to send invoices in an instant, in whatever fashion your customer prefers. No more dead end email addresses or unchecked mailboxes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ARI?

ARI helped streamline our invoicing and record keeping, it cut our bookwork time about in half. The ability to sync with quickbooks and to order parts on partstech puts it on par with other shop software at a more affordable price. ARI uses ai scanning to input both vehicle and customer information. The ARI team is always there to help when you have a problem or a feature request. Overall it is a great tool.
