What I find most helpful is having all maintenance information at our fingertips. Using the App has truly made a difference in the way we process work orders, schedule make readies along with improving communication with our technicians and residents. Franciscan of Arlington started using AppWork about 3 months ago; getting my staff and resident acclimated to the change has been challenging but as we become more familiar each day it gets easier. I love how organized AppWork is and everything is in one spot. It is very easy for office and techs to maintain work orders. I can easily find my applications that come in and everything is laid out perfectly on the applications. We can also keep up with rent payments. Customer support is also very easy to communicate with if there happens to be any issues. We use it daily with the property I am at. You can do everything in one app and I know there are upgrades that are coming that are going to improve it even more. Appwork is easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. The look is very modern and sleek. Customer support is always very helpful and efficient if you run into an issue.
