I love how organized AppWork is and everything is in one spot. It is very easy for office and techs to maintain work orders. I can easily find my applications that come in and everything is laid out perfectly on the applications. We can also keep up with rent payments. Customer support is also very easy to communicate with if there happens to be any issues. We use it daily with the property I am at. What I find most helpful is having all maintenance information at our fingertips. You can do everything in one app and I know there are upgrades that are coming that are going to improve it even more. I would say that it needs to be maintained constantly to ensure there aren't anymore instances of server issues or for poor integration into other systems.
