What do you like best about AppWork?

I love that the collaboration between maintenance, office, and residents are all in one place. We are able to keep solid records, reports, photos, and much more all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppWork?

Any glitches we have run into have been able to be fixed, as the app matures and we are more interactive, we are able to identify and get corrected any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppWork solving and how is that benefiting you?

Virtual make ready board, Yardi integration, data based app so that the maintenance team do not need to have wifi to complete work orders, get new work orders, connect with residents for work orders, and receive clear responses and feedback on work orders while they are actively working in them. What do you like best about AppWork?

What do you dislike about AppWork?

I don't think there is anything i dislike. Maybe more customization options – Offering more flexible settings to tailor workflows based on different property needs. But now I feel like I am nitpicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppWork?

What I find most helpful is having all maintenance information at our fingertips. Using the App has truly made a difference in the way we process work orders, schedule make readies along with improving communication with our technicians and residents. AppWork is very user friendly and has become a valuable asset to our community as we use this throughout the day. As we are fairly new to using AppWork I'd like to say that the training and customer support provided has been stellar. Thank you for making our transition and integration easy! What do you dislike about AppWork?

Franciscan of Arlington started using AppWork about 3 months ago; getting my staff and resident acclimated to the change has been challenging but as we become more familiar each day it gets easier. What do you like best about AppWork?

I love how organized AppWork is and everything is in one spot. It is very easy for office and techs to maintain work orders. I can easily find my applications that come in and everything is laid out perfectly on the applications. We can also keep up with rent payments. Customer support is also very easy to communicate with if there happens to be any issues. We use it daily with the property I am at. It is constantly being updated to which the new features help tremendously. I highly recommend the use of AppWork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppWork?

Sometimes during updates, it kicks us out of AppWork but other than that, there are no isssues! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppWork?

You can do everything in one app and I know there are upgrades that are coming that are going to improve it even more. The team is extremely responsive to any questions or help you need with the app. They are also so willing to listen to your ideas to improve the app and tailor it for your needs. What do you dislike about AppWork?

As of right now, we are just waiting for some of the features that we need in particular - the schedule aspect. We know this is being worked on and we can't wait for it to be up and running! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppWork?

Appwork is easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. The look is very modern and sleek. Customer support is always very helpful and efficient if you run into an issue. It has multiple features to help streamline everyday activities for properties. What do you like best about AppWork?

How quick and convenient it is to use the system. Simple to find what is needed and is great for simplifying otherwise complicated functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say that it needs to be maintained constantly to ensure there aren't anymore instances of server issues or for poor integration into other systems. Integration is my biggest concern but even then it is more of a rare case now versus when I first started using the system to have any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
