Developer/customization team has been outstanding and continues to be a great partner as we tweak the implementation. It took us 11 months (somewhat due to the constraints of the pandemic and some very busy months) to launch the product, but the development time yielded a much better solution than we might have first imagined. We wanted to have a near completely finished product before putting it into the hands of the users. The timeframe was solely dependent on our time to review our needs and assist Apptivo with their work for us. They were extremely patient and supportive through the entire process and continue to be that way as we make more tweaks and add customizations based on our team's experiences and feedback. Some integrations required more work and customization than initially expected; some API integrations still need some work to achieve our expectations. Differences between modules can add to confusion for users if they use more than one module as part of a workflow. Goal would be for users to learn common terms and steps more consistent between modules to improve user experiences when moving from one module to the next as part of a multi-step process. We have had them do several custom projects for us over the years. They are quick and very thorough. Ease of use overall and quick responses when assistance is needed. Karthick has assisted us in many projects and is fantastic to work with including intergration. Their Customer Support team is quick to respond through their CHAT feature too. It is always a wonderful feeling when you reach out to customer service and you get an individual who is amazing at what they do. That was my case today with Apptivo. Naresh assisted me in accomplishing a task that has had me stalled in the waters for months. I don't know why I dind't reach out sooner. Ina matter of minutes Naresh solved my problem. Creating of custom views is not ideal. It can be hard to find the fields you want to add. Later on when you want to modify an existing view it can't be done. Instead you have to start over with a new view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were able to customize the nomenclature and build of the individual modules to best represent our workspace and industry. There are both web and mobile-based views to allow for easy-on-the-go use the product. We have also had incredible customer service; between linking to Google forms, complex linking between platforms, and cumbersome database building, they are always responsive and helpful with our issues. The customer support from Apptivo is fantastic. Really responsive and readily available. They solve problems quickly and really take time to make sure they have understood clearly what is required. One of the niggles Id say is that apptivo is a little bit too focussed on software sales - it doesnt really have the lexibility to allow me to use its full functionality for more complex sales. ie learning and development progammes which are bespoke to clients. Also the lead to contact conversion fdesnt really work for us as our leads tend to be in the form of opportunities - ie we have opportunities/leads with existing clients and our relationship is with the company more than the individual.
