We greatly appreciate Appcheck's automatic scanning feature. By grouping our IPs by site and scheduling scans, we receive monthly notifications from Appcheck regarding the initiation, completion, and results of each scan. This enables us to swiftly identify and address any new vulnerabilities. With numerous sites and IPs to manage, this functionality is invaluable to our operations. The support is great, from the initial conversations through to ongoing questions and requests. The AppCheck team are knowledgable in their field and able to provide flexible solutions and suggestions. The UI is straightforward and easy to use and the reporting is clear and detailed. Appcheck not only provides a well-equipped portfolio of scanning tools, with diverse actioning but also allows easy data extraction to present and explain the associated findings.

The only dislike that was mentioned to the appcheck team was the difference in how an impact is named (ex: Low, Medium, High, Critical) by the related CVSS score. Simple and straightforward to use. The ability to schedule scans or run ad hoc provides us with great flexibility and peace of mind that our systems are continually tested and check.

Appcheck, specifically Harrison, were easy to deal with and friendly. They understood time constraints we had as a team and allowed further time to use the demo platform using real data. They guided me through its uses and how to get the best from the platform.

Implementation was very simple with pre-assessments set up by Appcheck and any tweaks could be made in the initial onboarding.

Allowing our vendors to access the results and manage them in a ticket style interface is great. They can do what they need to do to resolve any detected issues and update. Then its a simple rescan of that specific issue to confirm.

I had a few minor issues with security alerts generated by the scanning but as i had come to expect they knew how to deal with these quickly and painlessly.

Regular check-ins during the demo, and pre-sales and even after the sale have also made Appcheck stand out.

Value for money is the main key for me personally, we were spending more money on external companies doing scans once or twice a year. We now do regular bimonthly scans at no additional cost. AppCheck is really well supported from start to finish, making the setup and use of it so simple. The reports it provides are clear and concise, with the remediation steps included to solve any discovered issues.

We have a large, ever changing environment and AppCheck provides that peace of mind that we don't have any vulnerabilities on our servers, firewalls, laptops etc.

The portal is easy to use and was well explained in the onboarding process allowing us to start using it immediately. The support both at the time of implementation and as we have used it over the first few months has been exceptional. In fact it is probably the support that has impressed me most.
