**What do you like best about AnswerFirst?**

Clients get to talk to a competent person who inturn immediatly shares the information with me in a HIPAA secure manner.

**What do you dislike about AnswerFirst?**

Daily call logs are emailed. I do not really need this information but others may benefit from it.

**Recommendations to others considering AnswerFirst:**

Very professional service - no difficult to understand accents. Custom designed to meet my company's unique needs. Excellent customer service for my clients and my business. Quick response to questions and needs.

**What problems is AnswerFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started a small clinic and did not need to hire any front desk staff inititally. Answer First functioned as my receptionist. They took the time to understand my unique needs and customer service philosophy. They provided helpful insight and suggestions too. For automated recordings they provided me script samples and shared with me demo recordings to assure I was satisfied. I highly reccommend them.

**What do you like best about AnswerFirst?**

Their pricing. I pay an affordable monthly base rate and then a per minute rate only when they actually take calls for me.

**What do you dislike about AnswerFirst?**

I wish they had an app that allowed me to control some of the features instead of just having a web portal. The web portal works fine but I think an app would be easier to use from my phone when I am on the go.

**What problems is AnswerFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was missing important phone calls (new sales leads) due to being in meetings and on other calls. AnswerFirst ensures all of my business calls are answered by a live English-speaking customer service professional instead of going to my voicemail. Their ability to answer all of my calls professionally and promptly has led to me earning more business.
