Reviewing the external advisors/plan sponsors feedback on why they choose John Hancock or not is so crucial for enhancing processes,trainings, and getting buy in from internal partners on needs. ANOVA team conducting these surveys has really helped the internal teams to understand how to better the processes and understand better what our audience is looking for.
