The Anova Team has been good about building literacy in our business from customer point of view. They understand the kinds of solutions and outcomes our customers are after and have been good about digging deeper with customers to understand perception of value.

This is not a turn-key project. My team had to support the project with important adminstrative work. It is important to respect the relationship we have with our customers (& prospects). We made a point of making warm introductions to the Anova team, the project and the processes they would follow as they contacted our customers and invited them to participate in research. The Anove Group have been living in the win/loss analytics world for a long time. They are recognized experts in the domain and have the depth and breadth of expereince that unmatched in my opinion in this space. Sr. Mmgt is engaged and the team is very engaging and has seen many clients have poasitrive business outcomes through their input and recommendations. Anova Consutling is a boutique business with a very focused expertise. That enables them to be very good at what they do, but if you are looking for broad based sles process or effectiveness consutling that is not wha tthey do. So it's not so much of a dislike it's more of a decision to engage for specific diagnosis...sort of like having a specialist for a health condition vs a generalist...your best outcome will be with the specialist...ANOVA is best in class for what they do. The individuals assigned to support our account have always been top notch - prepared for our calls, on-time, professional, aware of outstanding requests, and are always willing to brainstorm our needs and an approach that makes the most sense for us. Honestly, nothing I can think of. When we preferred to use our own tool for data analytics, the Anova team worked directly with our staff to figure out how to make that as easy as possible for us. The interviews that Anova conducts with my prospects and clients allows me to correct sales deficienies on my team. I have done win loss in my past life in software sales but it was conducted internally and not anywhere near as thorough and targeted. Anova's interviewers are the best in the business.
As a business owner, my time is valuable and working with Anova allows me to work on my core business - they are full service and extremely professional. We struggled with our own internal processes during our time working together. In hindsight, I wish we would have set the program up a little differently and set some more automation in place before beginning. There are two things I like about Anova: their ability to secur interviews, and their ability to absorb a good understanding of our complex business and solutions. In win/loss interviews, securing the interviews is half the battle, and we've had other vendors in the past that could only secure 75% of the opportunites we sent them. Anova is over 90%. Regarding absorbing our business, Cotiviti's senior leaders now view Anova as an extension of our business, and not just a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found ANOVA to be thorough, flexible, accountable, and above all, brutally honest about where we are good and where we need to improve. They are not hired to rationalize or "make us feel better"... we need the facts- good and bad- to improve our execution and offering. THey consistently have delivered this to our business. Nothing jumps out. While I don't always like the information delivered, it is an accurate reflection of win/loss situations and I always appreciate the candor with which it is delivered.
