What I like best is how they address and streamline the process for you to engage with their clients.

As an Andela talent, if a client is interested in your profile, they will assist you through the entire engagement process, from interview preparation to finalizing the necessary paperwork once you're good to start.

Likewise, it's comforting to know they'll mediate any issues that arise: You share your feedback with them, and they'll handle the communication with the client in the best possible manner.

Since Andela's salary calculation is based solely on working days instead of the full month, taking a day off can significantly reduce your monthly pay, and that might discourage you from taking time off at all.

In addition, I'm not a fan of the fact that some of the tools they provided were replaced over time, requiring us to adapt to new ones.
