Small lag from time of making or requesting changes to actually seeing it updated in the system. But just by a few minutes mostly. There is back end work that needs to happen usually in order for the change to actually happen. Amtrav makes everything so easy and organized. We used to juggle many travelers at once. As we have scaled up, we now facilitate travel for many more travelers, unphased. Its is very much aligned with operational excellence. The platform is so easy to use. All of our travelers have clear "guardrails" to stay within. Should there ever be a challenging case, their travel experts are always ready to assist with the grunt work. We never have to wait in queues, as their support is very well scaled for their business. A2B by AmTrav is able to put the controls in my hands! I manage travel for several team members, and while we're not large enough to have established in policy/out of policy rate restrictions in place, A2B gives me the tools to keep things organized, and a fallback for assistance for my team members traveling after hours. While I'm still new to the program, I've found the customer service to be extremely helpful thus far. I wish it had two additional features: a calendar view that shows me when all my travelers are traveling within a week/month, as an administrator. Also, while I love the comparison feature, I wish there was a way to email/share the comparisons with my travelers, who would like me to provide a narrowed selection of options for the preference/feedback.
