"Effortless Business Travel Management and Unmatched Support"
What do you like best about AmTrav?

I use AmTrav to book company and executive travel, and I really like how it allows me to book flights, hotels, and rental cars with ease, all in one spot. The itineraries flow and provide straightforward information, which is super helpful to my travelers. What I appreciate most about AmTrav is how it makes my job so easy, being effective and reliable even during chaotic times like extreme weather events or government shutdowns. If a flight is delayed or canceled, I find out before my traveler does, which allows me to be proactive and resolve their situation before they begin to worry. This is especially important because my travelers are often pressed for time and working on projects that require intense focus and a huge sense of urgency. Everyone from the support lines to my direct account manager, Taylor Stradley, is incredibly helpful. Taylor helps me with our contracts with hotels, supporting us while we search for terrific locked rates, and assists in integrating them into our portal for maximum effectiveness. Imagine a ray of sunshine peaking perfectly through the clouds and, almost as if divinely guided, directly onto you. That's the energy Taylor brings to my travel experience. The initial setup of AmTrav was extremely easy, too. I'm so satisfied that I'd rate the likelihood of recommending AmTrav to a friend or colleague as 12 out of 10 (I genuinely sing the praises of Taylor and Amtrav to anyone who will listen--from colleagues to clients to support groups within my role/industry). What do you dislike about AmTrav?

"AmTrav Is Always There When I Need Them"
What do you like best about AmTrav?

There are many things I like about AmTrav, but the most important is that they’re always there when I need them. For nearly a decade, we have depended on AmTrav. They helped our Travel Department grow from one person booking on leisure sites into a true corporate model, and they continue to help us add vendor accounts with airlines, hotels, and rental car agencies.

AmTrav’s superior support team has helped us with booking, changing, and canceling travel plans during ice storms, hurricanes, and even government shutdowns. They’ve also supported us through travelers’ medical and personal emergencies, including getting refunds from airlines when travelers pass. They keep us informed of travel-related interruptions, and their tracking and safety tools help us stay on track with duty of care.

Our account manager, Kyle Harrison, is amazing. Even after moving up within AmTrav, he still keeps us on his radar with regular check-ins, helps whenever we need it, and lets us know about the cool things AmTrav has in store. What do you like best about AmTrav?

AmTrav encompasses all of my corporate travel needs. The platform is easy to use and extremely reliable. Customer Support is very fast and has resolved any travel issues immediately. What do you like best about AmTrav?

The staff especially our account manager Kyle who is always there to help and assist with things. Their booking tool is perfect for us. It has the right amount of reporting, is easy to navigate and has all the functionality you could want. Pricing is another great aspect along with it's integration with travel partner programs. What do you like best about AmTrav?

I really appreciate that AmTrav has everything we need for travel in one place, and it helps us control spending by our travelers with its out-of-policy function. Travel can be complicated, so their customer support team is great and always happy to help, and I know our travelers appreciate that too. Our company has an amazing Account Manager who helps us through various issues and questions. What do you like best about AmTrav?

I like using AmTrav because it simplifies my workload, particularly when booking flights for event attendees. The ability to send personalized emails to every person is great. There's a log of everyone's travel info, which keeps things organized. I also appreciate that I can set it up to require approval for flights that are over budget, allowing me to manage the budget effectively. The customer service is top tier and not one can compare. It's ease to use and book your flight and I love that you can reach customer support 24/7. It's easy peasy!
