Amplitude is just so hard to use. I feel like everyone talks about how amazing it is, but when I ask them to help me with my setup and explain how the calculations are actually working--they freeze up. I've had that experience multiple times. I guess maybe it is easy to use if you don't care how it calculates things? Seems weird not to understand your own metrics. It's difficult to get going with Amplitude if you're green in analytics. Their help center documentation provides step by step instructions for most of their platform, and their YouTube videos do well at explaining the product, but not much for how to use the product effectively.
