What do you like best about Amio?

I enjoyed using Amio as it helped to reduce my customer support workload, and it also helped to deal with multiple languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amio?

After business hours, it is difficult for my customers to contact me via chat support, leading to a manual email process. Hopefully, it will get fixed in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amio?

I recently had the opportunity to try out Amio's chatbot service and I was

extremely impressed with the onboarding process. The team at Amio was very

helpful in getting me set up and familiar with the platform, and I appreciated

the fact that they offer a free trial so that I could test out the service before

committing to a subscription.

One of the things that stood out to me about Amio was the ease of use of their

platform. It was very intuitive and I was able to get my chatbot up and running

in no time. The customer service was also top-notch, with the team being very

responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance.

Overall, I highly recommend Amio's chatbot service to anyone looking to add a

chatbot to their business. The onboarding process was seamless, the platform

is user-friendly, and the customer service is excellent. I'm confident that Amio

will be a valuable asset to my business and I'm looking forward to working
