What I like the most is how AMFG makes quoting and order management effortless. Our customers can request and receive quotes through an embedded online portal and with this we have been able to save time on such a simple task. The capability to choose from a digital inventory is really great when we process repeat orders, and our clients find this to be beneficial to them as well. On the back-end, the platform handles all order management and provides live progress updates for our customers as well, these update have created a greater change in how our clients work with us and the trust that they have in us as we can provide them with transparency. The software’s ability to handle high-volume, serial production and ensure repeatability in part manufacturing. We can set production parameters and part specifications and maintain consistency across all our products.

We have had an issue with some orders where tax was not applied to them. It seemed to

have been a small bug in the system. We now have to keep an eye on our orders to ensure this

I have encountered a few short-term/one-off issues/bugs with AMFG that have hindered

my experience. I was unable to generate a shipping label for an order, causing delays. The

dashboard graphs have displayed incorrect and inaccurate data, making it challenging to track performance. I have noticed that long filenames are displayed incorrectly, that have made it difficult to locate specific files. Certain PDFs are not scaled correctly.
