This is an eye-opener what AI can do for you. I use it to make a transcript of recorded interviews I have with costumers. It allows me to keep my focus on the interview and to make a summery of the interview afterwards in only a couple of minutes.

The quality of the automatically generated, verbatim transcripts is highly impressive and ready to go in a fraction of the time needed to transcribe manually. The machine-learning-based transcription works best for English. Other languages, such as German, are still transcribed with impressive accuracy, but I encounter more omissions and errors. Here, the model still has room for improvement. Furthermore, the online editor transfers a lot of data, severely constraining the ability to work with it remotely – i.e. with a mobile hotspot or generally weaker internet connection.
