I've had the pleasure of working with Amazee for 7 years now.

Their Zero-ops lagoon solution is fantastic to work with, it's incredibly versatile and takes the stress out of infrastructure management.

Their support team is highly technically knowledgable, very responsive and friendly

Their slack integration makes raising support tickets and working with the team easy.

Amazee could probably provide some better guidance and support around dependencies/docker images which are used in lagoon which are coming up for EOL + offer guidance/services around migration in these instances.

This is something a client should be on top of anyway.

We have just recently moved to amazee.io, and our experience so far has been great. Not everything has gone perfectly, but their customer service is fantastic, and we have been well taken care of. Very few downsides that I've discovered so far. We are experiencing some minor issues with performance, and the deploy process can be slow compared to our previous hosting company, especially with the possibility of getting queued at busy times.
