What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

The interface is intuitive and straight forward

The ease of sending and receiving faxes with minimal training requirement

Fax.plus was also very easy to implement unlike our previous Solution which required on premises server and the SSO integeration with our Microsoft Azure solution made user provisioning fast and easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

Inability to sort and filter users in the admin console, having to scroll through hundreds of items to locate user accounts makes administration hectic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

It is very easy to use and the price is reasonable. It is an excellent service when you work from home and don't have a landline phone to hook a fax too. I used the fax services at least weekly and never had a problem. I also liked that you don't need to download anything, just logon and it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

I like that it allows users to save faxes in a digital file format and sends incoming faxes to the user's inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

The only downside I can think of is that fax communication through FAX.PLUS would be less secure than conventional fax because of the potential for a breach, either through the user's account or the Alohi's systems. That is more a trade off however not a flaw with the product itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fax.Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used FAX.PLUS in my work as a union shop steward and it allowed me to give my coworkers a secure communications channel. It is a very helpful tool for organizations with limited resources and a large number of stakeholders to serve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fax.Plus?

Upsides were that it was easy to use and price was about half what I paid last time I had to fax something and went to Fedex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?

I was annoyed that I had 11 pages to send, but could only send 10 for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer services had fast reponses and fixed issues easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I do not have anything I dislike about the service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I missed a payment and my fax number was deleted but once I made payment customer service was able to replace the new number with the old number immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
