Ease of use of the UI to send out faxes. There aren't a lot of features that bloat the UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sending limitation of 500. Import limitation of 1000. Not being able to customize faxes with first/last name or contact metadata. The most annoying part is the errors when attempting to import aren't explicit as to why something failed. I'd like to know exactly why something failed - typically this resulted in me going through the CSV in batches to try and find the error which was typically a phone number too long or too short.
It also seems like the font or formatting of the spreadsheet can cause an error/failure to import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Fax.Plus for several years in my tax business. It's necessary for me to have a fax number for various reasons. Fax.Plus is much less expensive than paying for a land line. I like that they gave me a fax number with my local area code. They send me an email each time a fax comes in or is successfully transmitted. It's been very reliable, and the price is right. I haven't disliked anything about Fax.Plus. It meets my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fax.Plus is an excellent product for the casual user or for the small business that is relying on smart phones to be mobile, but still need a way to send a fax for supplies, confirmation of signed documents or has a limited need to fax. As an senior individual with only smartphones at home this is exactly how I use the application, to send signed documents to building suppliers and my health care insurer. The registration was simple and straight forward. The security includes 2FA TOTP, and the customer service help messages are nearly instantenious. The convience of the website and the mobile app automatically syncing all my faxes in one place is exactly how I like to organize my work, when at home and on the go. Thank you Fax.Plus for making such a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't anything that I'm unhappy with about the service, website, or mobile app. The only thing to consider is if a low cost monthly plan for individuals who fax less than 10 pages per month could be created. I'd be willing to pay $1.99/month or $15/year for that plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had to supply a township court with a document and the only way to get it to them ontime was by fax. I didn't have time to drive to a place that offers "fax" services and I don't have a fax machine for my business, so I searched for another way and found Fax.plus. Within only a few minutes, I had setup an account and sent the fax. I received confirmation and printed it out to keep on file but they also sent me an email confirmation. It was perfect! The only thing that I could say is a downside is that I never heard of Fax.Plus. So the company should work on marketing their product more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had to downsize my plan having the same fax number, where I got the response that due to some technical aspects it's rarely possible but they can try and they helped me to successfully get my same fax number. Similar send option was not enabled for me but it got fixed within one shot by fax plus. So have got quick and accurate resolution both the time and good part is, I have faced the issue only once in these three to four years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Live representative option is not available in first go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is super simple to understand and easy to use. I love being able to merge multiple documents into a single fax. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no downsides that I can tell. Maybe people with more complex needs would need other kinds of functionality, but it's perfect for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful feature is the quick setup of the fax service with unlimited access for the whole team working remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No built-in customer support chat directly need to contact the vendor for any support , also there is no inbuilt document editing tool available as well as there is no feature for bulk faxing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I could send and receive faxes in several ways, such as through my desktop computer, laptop, phone, and email. Copies of sent and received faxes are automatically saved and I can access them as needed. I can download faxes and keep digital copies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only bad thing about having a digital fax service is that you have to have digital copies that you upload to their website, but they take many formats so it is very easy to upload documents to be faxed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When my job became remote during the pandemic, I needed a convenient and affordable fax option. I was not eager to purchase my own fax machine, as the cost would not be reimbursed back to me, and there would not be much use for it outside of my job. Fax.plus was affordable and very easy to use. I love how I can use it across my laptop and my Android smart phone, and how it interfaces with email. I use it very frequently with my job, and have the added benefit of using the app when I am away from my home office, too, if needed. Start-up and understanding how to use the service was very simple - the thing that took the most time was adding the different fax numbers. I very rarely have needed any customer service help, but on the occassions when I have reached out, I have always received prompt and helpful service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be helpful if the cost were less than the $17.99 per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
