What do you like best about Allbound PRM?

We are in our third year with Allbound as our PRM. We have been able to customize it to our liking and continue to enhance the features and functionality we offer to our partners. The features I appreciate the most include: Deal Registration Management, Content and Resource Sharing and SSO to our Learning Management System.

I have been able to train others in our organization to help maintain our PRM and keep content fresh. I also like the ability to deliver assets in local language. One feature we discovered was the ability to leverage Allbound for Training/Event Registration. It's been a game changer.

The Allbound team is responsive and supportive. I have no issue with connecting with a team member when I need support or guidance on building out new functionality. I highly recommend Allbound! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allbound PRM?

I would like to see continued enhancements to reporting and analytics. The data is there but it would be great to have certain dashboard (visual) so I don't have to build them out in Excel.

What problems is Allbound PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We leverage Allbound PRM daily with our global partners for Deal Registration, Pipeline Management, Content Sharing, Campaigns, Calendars and more. In addition, as we prepared for rollout, Allbound forced us to become more structured in our CRM (Salesforce.com). What do you like best about Allbound PRM?

I love the ability to create so many different layers for partners across the platform. From training, marketing, documents, content and resources, Calendar, deal registration, Commmunities, and the partner journey automation, we can manage so many layers with our partners, and extend the capability for a ton of self support. We continue to learn more about this and add more features. 98% of what we can think up we can have accomplished in this platform. Sam is amazing and has been there every step of the way.

What do you dislike about Allbound PRM?

-Need to be able to add more than one special character in passwords and include #.

-Training and certification we have setup, why do we have to have partner who is logged in fill out all of their info? That should pull from their profile.

-Could have a few more walk through tutorials.

-would like to see an AI included in the portal in the future, tell it what you want and it will help you build it on the fly.

What do you like best about Allbound PRM?

Allbound PRM is a great platform all around. The best thing about Allbound is you can customize it to meet your needs and reflect your brand. Allbound is continously rolling out new updates and new functionality to make the platform even better. We always receive the best support for the support team and we have a great CSM. What do you dislike about Allbound PRM?

The only thing that I dislike about Allbound is the media library. I would like to have a way to better organize all of the assets that we upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Allbound PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We lacked a consistent platform to gain access to knowledge, marketing materials and technical information. We also lacked engagement with our partner network. Allbound PRM allowed us to have one place for everything and have the capapbility to limit visiability to only those who need it. Since we have implmented Allbound our partner engagment has risen and has help us see what materials and content our partners are using with the reporting analtiycs to prove it. What do you like best about Allbound PRM?

In the past the analytics have been clunky and difficult to dive into the level of detail per partner or per piece if content as required, howeer there are new analytics available which has resolved this. I don't think there are too many, I would say some of the customizations do require a bit of a work, writing out every potentail outcome and then assigning different groups for each user, for example, could be a bit cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Allbound PRM?

Our Allbound portal is easy to access and navigate. Creating playbooks and training paths for new partners allows us to grow our channel without adding full-time staff to our team. The portal looks very professional, unlike our previous WordPress portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allbound PRM?

We have had a few Resellers ask about marketing metrics from the prospect pages. Currently we can only see how many views, not the specifics of who viewed, how long they were on the page, or if they forwarded to anyone else on their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Allbound PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralized location for marketing collateral for a single point of access and updates. Deal registration with a customized scoping form ensures that we receive all of the detail necessary for us to request a quote or presales resource for an intro call. Introductory training for new Resellers is now automated which saves time for our internal team and ensures that our resellers have access to the training at any time.
