AlertMedia is an easy to use, streamlined, out of band communication tool that can send messages at a click of the button. The threat intelligence mixed with measuring the responses and readability of the messages you send out are extremely useful and practical. We already have two instances where we recieved verified actionable information through AlertMedia prior to the news media's picking up the story. The best part of Alert Media is how user-friendly the platform is; the alerts and notifications are customisable to suit each user. The on-hand support with analysts is fantastic. The quarterly sync with the Alert Media team is a great opportunity to learn about new features and customise the information we receive. Our team has used the mass communication tool on a couple of occasions, and it has been vital to getting information to our staff quickly during an incident.

AlertMedia's support team are incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The level of threat intelligence across the US is detailed and tailored for business travalers. The AlertMedia platform has a depth of customisation depending on the needs of the customer. The depth of threat intelligence is strong within the US. Our business model covers a global footprint, and the level of intelligence in high-threat areas such as the Middle East does not reflect the same detail as the US. Travel brief locations are written for cities with populations over 2 million, this leaves key business hubs, or high-threat areas under that threshold unprovided for. We provide a managed AlertMedia account service for our customers and the platform needs some refinement to deliver this to its full capability. Our SSO interface was a little clunky at first and we did need some assistance in cleaning up the AD transfer. However, these were quickly resolved. Moving from a different vendor to AlertMedia, it took me a little bit of time to get use to how the templates were organized, however, I have been able to work through my own customization of the template folders. Alert Media is simple to learn and use and the alerts are always spot on. I have used their alerts many times to activate incident command in certain markets be it for weather or other situations.

Alert Media allows our team/company to steamline critical information with its ease of use. Enabling those with their phones near by the possibility a quick emergency response/evacuation ASAP. In our shop, we've got a QR code for employees to scan, making the ease of implentation quick and painless. The ability to evacuate our entire shop/office in under 9 min, having designated areas for each group. The options for integration are great. Being able to make changes within our system, also getting amazing customer support, we're able to streamline the processes with the hope of setting new records in evacuation times.
Also, the time frame in which everyone is checked safe/not safe/not on site has only improved. One great feature is we're able to directly contact anyone whom marks "not safe" to verify where/why they're in an unsafe situtation.

Although I'm not on the admin team, I talk with the department. So far, with all the great customer support they've gotten. I've not heard any complaints.

Alert subscriptions are able to be sent via email or text that allow you to stay informed about global events. Alerts provide information about potential threats in a timely manner which allow for quick reaction time.

We were able to easily set up dynamic groups to associate people to our different locations and customize they types of threats and severity levels of those threats that we wanted to monitor and be notified about. The product is easy to use, very flexible and the customer support provided by our dedicated AlertMedia Customer Success Manager assigned to our account was a valuable resource in helping get everything set up just how we needed it. We initially set up our employee synchronization with Active Directory (AD), but ultimately decided that was not ideal since there were duplicate entries for the same person in AD and non-employees (contractors) in our AD as well.
