The console is deep. It allows the admin to customize to a very fine degree. This tuning and customization is not just through the console, but also through the dedicated SOC who i have found to be very quick to respond and willing to advise and make changes on your behalf. I like the easy-to-use dashboard. While it provides a high-level overview of our security incidents, we are able to dig into details like packet captures and analysis via SQL to validate threats.
