Top Rated Albato Alternatives
Albato has a substantial list of integrations and an easy to use interface. Creating multistep automations (which can include data storage and retrieval, as well as logic) is quite easy to setup. Their customer support is easy to reach and fast with solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sharing of templates and procedures is difficult. I generally need to screen capture each piece of the puzzle for illustrations instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m really happy to have found Albato! The platform offers so many integrations that are incredibly useful for our business, including WooCommerce, Slack, Notion, and Stripe. Setting up automations has made our workflows so much easier and helped us save a significant amount of money.
The support team is fantastic—professional, responsive, and very helpful. We ran into a few issues initially, but the support team quickly provided an alternative solution that worked perfectly. Their dedication and expertise have been a game-changer for us.
Albato is now an essential part of our daily operations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable automation platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment, I’m fully satisfied with Albato and have no dislikes to share. The platform meets all my current needs effectively. I’ll continue exploring its features, and if I encounter anything, I’ll be sure to share it as feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am migrating all my solution from make.com to albato.
The number of operations and the way they charge per operation makes it much more profitable than zapier, n8n or make.
Customer Support is amazing, Pedro, who talked to me, helped me solve everything to set my automation in almost realtime, no ticket, no e-mail, just an open chat with actual human. 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it is not as easy to set automation such as make, but albato is releasing soon a drag and drop solution in january 2025, so it wil be perfect. And the customer support helps if you are stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I got support right away when I ran into trouble setting up my automations. It was during non-working hours and they help me figure out how to make my setup work. Thanks.
The automation setup was very easy too. I like the fact that I can set up my sheet to ghl. Not too many systems can do that with the price that they charge, making it a no brainer investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few parts of the UX that I don't like. For instance, the automations are set up in a tile format, which is great with a few automations at the start, but if I have many more, it will be hard to find. This is more of a personal preference, but I don't like the way a few of the changes take effect without a "Save" button. I understand why this is a more common approach these days, but I like to have clarify and certainty that my changes have been commit rather than trusting that they are autosaved. I recently discovered Albato.com, and I must say, it's an outstanding automation tool that has completely transformed the way I manage my workflows. With hundreds of apps available, it offers incredible versatility. What truly sets Albato apart is its app integrator feature—if you can't find the app you need, you can easily add it yourself! While Albato.com is an impressive automation tool with a wide range of apps, one area that could use improvement is the overall availability of specific applications. Although the app integrator feature allows users to add missing apps, it may not always be as seamless or intuitive as expected. Some users might find the process of integrating new apps a bit cumbersome, especially if they are not tech-savvy. However, the app integrator to manually add an app or submit an app to the roadmap makes this Albato ready to quash any weakness! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've only been using Albato for a few days, but with my experience on other automation platforms, I found it really easy to get up and running. It has a Zapier-like feel and a rich library of applications (far greater than some of the other automation systems I've used before). As a custom web app developer, I like the concept of the "App Integrator," which allows me to connect any of my custom software. Overall, it's fairly simple to get started automating processes. In my short experience using Albato, I don't see any major downsides—it is feature-rich and has a vast library of applications. However, this platform may be a bit much to tackle for a beginner automation user at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is extremely easy to use, even for non-technical people, thanks to its intuitive interface. Although not many applications are supported now, it is an affordable and very competitive Lifetime solution, which is already a great advantage and fits perfectly into the current feature set. Advanced features are limited, the library of supported apps is relatively small (but I said I could understand it), and some common apps lack integration. There are a lot of pre-built processes, but it's not really easy to find the right one for your use as it's time consuming to pick one out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Albato is how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. It really makes setting up automations feel like a breeze, even for someone new to tech like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As for dislikes, I haven’t run into any major issues yet, but I’d say the range of apps could always expand. More integrations would make it even more versatile! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can easily connect all of the tools I use in my workflow because of the wide range of connectors with more than 800 applications. I can tailor workflows to my own requirements thanks to the automation builder's flexibility, which helps me save a tonne of time on tedious jobs. In addition, the support staff is friendly and quick to respond to my enquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I occasionally run into minor limitations with some applications not having as many advanced triggers or actions as I'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Albato is super easy to use! Its clean interface makes setting up automation tasks a breeze. You don’t need to be a tech expert to get started. The visual workflow builder guides you step-by-step, making it simple to connect different apps and services.
Compared to other automation tools like Zapier or Make, Albato is a budget-friendly choice. It's especially great for automating tasks with WordPress and other less common systems.
In my experience the Albato support team is fantastic! They're quick to respond, helpful, and always go the extra mile to assist you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They has a wide range of apps to choose from, it might not be as extensive as some other tools like Zapier.
There is a learning curve, especially when building complex automations. While simple tasks are easy to set up, more complicated workflows can take some time to master. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Albato is very flexible, easy to understand, and cost effective. I have used a number of no code automation tools over the years and am generally resistant to implenting them in production environments due to the cost of scaling. I decided to give Albato a try anyway, and am pleased so far with it's flexibility and customization. I have already integrated two APIs that are not out of the box connections with Albato. I am technical, but not an engineer. I honestly found it easier to do this with Albato than Zapier. Kudos to the team; keep up the good work. I look forwarding to finding more use cases for this tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't yet explored the training/academy resources, but it seems that some of the support documentation could be more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
