"Fast, Flexible Embedded Automations Without Extra Engineering Overhead"
What do you like best about Albato?

Albato gave us a fast, scalable way to offer embedded automations inside our product without building everything from scratch.

We use Albato as an embedded iPaaS within Sendr to power GTM workflows for our users. It allows us to connect external tools (like CRMs, email platforms, ecommerce tools, etc.) and turn those events into actionable signals inside our multichannel sequencer.

The biggest win is speed + flexibility: We can ship new integrations and automation use cases quickl, users can build powerful workflows without needing technical setup, It fits cleanly into our product experience as a native-feeling feature.

It’s been a strong unlock for expanding our automation capabilities without increasing engineering overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

Like most iPaaS tools, there’s still some complexity when it comes to edge cases and debugging workflows.

A few areas for improvement: Debugging and visibility into failed automations could be clearer, Some UX flows (especially for non-technical users) can feel slightly clunky, More granular control and logging would help for advanced use cases.

That said, these are fairly typical challenges for this category and haven’t blocked us from delivering value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Albato Makes Embedded CRM Integrations Fast, Native, and Reliable"
What do you like best about Albato?

We use Albato as an embedded iPaaS solution inside our B2B SaaS product, and it’s been a big help for us.

Before Albato, CRM integrations were a constant blocker, both for sales and product. Now we can offer HubSpot and Salesforce sync without tying up engineering resources. The embedded experience feels native to our product, which makes a big difference in adoption and trust.

What stands out most:

- We can ship integrations way faster without building everything in-house

- The flexibility around field mapping and workflows covers a lot of real customer use cases

- Their team is genuinely responsive when we need to expand mappings or troubleshoot

It’s taken a lot of the heavy lifting off our team and let us focus on the core product instead of maintaining integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

Not every integration has the same depth yet. For example, some platforms don’t always have the exact actions we’d want out of the box, so we’ve had to explore workarounds like custom APIs.

Debugging could also be a bit more transparent, when something breaks, it sometimes takes extra effort to trace the issue.

That said, these are edge cases. For our core use cases, it’s been reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cheaper than competitors, with good quality and many ready-to-use integrations."
What do you like best about Albato?

What I like most about Albato is how easy it is to use. The platform is very simple and clear, and you don’t need strong technical skills to start building automations between different apps. It also offers a large number of ready integrations, with more than 1000 apps that can be connected easily.

For me, it saved a lot of time and helped me organize my work better and faster. Many tasks that I used to do manually are now automated, which makes the workflow much more efficient.

Personally, I consider it a very good alternative to Make, especially since I got it through an AppSumo lifetime deal, which makes it a very cost-effective solution for small businesses and freelancers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

One thing I don’t like is that: the credit system runs out relatively quickly, especially if you are running multiple automations or workflows.

Another downside is that ,the number of integrations is still smaller compared to some competitors. While there are many useful apps available, some popular tools are not yet directly integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Easy Tool Connections with Powerful Custom Automations"
What do you like best about Albato?

Albato makes it easy to connect different tools without heavy technical effort, which is especially valuable in a fast-moving environment like ours. The flexibility of the platform and the ability to create custom automations for different client needs stands out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

The main challenge is that onboarding and documentation could be made more accessible to less-technical users. Since CSMs are also involved in setup and support, more guided training or clearer resources would help drive adoption and reduce reliance on technical colleagues. "Simple, Efficient, but Improvable"
What do you like best about Albato?

I find the simplicity of Albato particularly impressive. It is an extremely affordable solution that just works without me having to worry much. No matter what we set up, it has always worked great, and we are very satisfied with it. It's great that I don't have to repeat intermediate steps in automation; set it up once and it works reliably. The instability in so few cases also speaks for the reliable and smooth support. Additionally, I am glad that we bought Albato through AppSumo, which allowed us a cost-effective trial. Ultimately, I am happy that it can be applied seamlessly to various automation applications, including Insta-automation, and people can immediately get suitable links to products. Overall, I am very satisfied with Albato. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

I had the problem once or twice that an integration was not optimal or the right fields were not available. This definitely required improvements, as I couldn't solve it within the app connection. I then had to work with our more tech-savvy team members to create a custom integration via Albato, which was very cumbersome and time-consuming. Additionally, finding the right app connection was sometimes a bit confusing. When I searched for the app, it wasn't always suitable, and I thought I would have to search the web in a cumbersome way before I ultimately found a solution. These aspects could definitely be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Wenddy Dias of Albato

We're glad to hear that you find Albato simple and reliable for your automation needs, Synapsen.

We appreciate your feedback on areas for improvement and will work to enhance our integrations and app connections for a better user experience.

"Simple, Clear UI. Fast-Moving Improvements and Responsive Support"
What do you like best about Albato?

Simple, clear UI, easy to understand even for more complex automations. The product is improving constantly, new integrations appear regularly, and development feels fast. There’s a good range of supported apps, and the team has been responsive whenever I’ve reached out. It feels like a platform that’s actively being built and refined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

Some integrations could go deeper in terms of available actions and triggers, and documentation can sometimes be a bit light for advanced scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and dependable workflows across multiple projects"
What do you like best about Albato?

Albato makes it easy to organize automations into groups, which is extremely helpful when you manage multiple projects; everything is clearly structured and easy to find. Performance has been great so far: scenarios run fast and reliably. It allowed me to connect different systems across multiple projects and simplify my business funnel by bridging tools that don’t naturally work together. I also appreciate the instant email notifications when something fails, so issues don’t go unnoticed. Getting a lifetime deal was a huge bonus and keeps operating costs very manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

A small downside is webhook debugging: you can’t always view or copy the raw payload exactly as received; often you only see the extracted end values. That made it harder to resend the same payload via tools like Postman for testing, so I sometimes had to trigger real test purchases again just to fire the webhook. There is a workaround, and it’s a minor issue, but seeing and copying the raw webhook body would make testing much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A solid and cost effective automation platform"
What do you like best about Albato?

Albato gives a good balance between power and usability. The visual workflow builder makes it easy to create multi-step automations without writing code, even as the logic becomes more complex. I also appreciate the value for money compared to similar automation platforms, especially when running background workflows where operations can add up quickly. Overall, it feels practical, flexible, and well-suited for real business use cases rather than just simple task automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

The main downside so far is the depth of onboarding for advanced use cases. Basic automations are easy to set up, but more complex scenarios sometimes require trial and error before everything clicks. The integration library is growing, but there are still occasional gaps compared to more established competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Wenddy Dias of Albato

Thank you for your review!

We’re glad you appreciate the balance between power and usability, as well as the value Albato offers for real-world automation scenarios.

We also hear you on the onboarding experience for more advanced use cases and the need to keep expanding our integration library. These are active focus areas for our team, and your insights help guide our improvements!

"A powerful automation platform with excellent flexibility and value"
What do you like best about Albato?

Albato has quickly become a cornerstone of my automation stack. What I value most is its ability to balance power with accessibility. The interface is intuitive, allowing me to build workflows quickly, yet it remains robust enough to manage complex, multi-step automations across a diverse array of apps. The library of native integrations is growing steadily, and I find the operation limits to be generous compared to other platforms. I also appreciate that Albato offers clear transparency on usage, making it simple to monitor both performance and costs. For consultants and agencies, it stands out as a scalable solution that feels ready for the future. I use it daily. Customer support has helped ease the process of implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

While Albato performs well overall, there are still some aspects that could use enhancement. Certain integrations currently lack the depth of triggers and actions found in competing platforms, which sometimes means I have to come up with creative workarounds. Although the documentation is getting better, it can occasionally lag behind the rapid updates made to the platform. Additionally, for those just starting out, there is a noticeable learning curve before you can fully take advantage of everything the platform offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Wenddy Dias of Albato

Thank you for sharing your experience with Albato, Lawrence!

We're glad to hear that our platform has become a cornerstone of your automation stack and that you find the balance of power and accessibility valuable.

We appreciate your feedback on areas for improvement, and we're continuously working to enhance our integrations and documentation.
